I'm not exactly sure what it is that I have. But this winter, I have had at least 3-4 colds that have caused me to become congested. And then they take about 1-2 weeks to go away. But I will actually have a runny nose and then maybe a month later, get congested again.

I eat a healthy diet, I wash my hands so often that they are dry, and hand sanitizer and I are best friends. I go through gallons of it. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SICK BEFORE! The last time I had a cold before this winter season, was about 10 years ago. Why am I suddenly getting so many colds this year when I never used to get sick before? People say, wash your hands, eat healthy, and I do ALL that and I still keep getting sick. HELP!

I won an Employee of the year award. It was actually a pretty big thing since I beat out thousands of other people. I would like to write a thank you letter to the president of the company for choosing me and talk about how much I enjoy working for them and try very hard to push their company forward and make lots of money for them.

I was able to read review. Score for 2007 is less than 2006, even though I worked harder & finished everything on time. Boss always praises me, so I am surprised. Lots of complicated office politics, including cut backs. Is my lower score just so they don't have to give me a raise? I am already 1 of highest paid in office. 2 months ago, I applied for a different job in the comp and didn't get it. I interviewed w/the 1 girl in office who didn’t like me and trashed me to HR saying I would not get along w/anyone. Now my supervisor implied the same thing in my review (even though she literally cried when I told her about the other job and didn't want me to leave). Co-workers think she told the girl not to hire me so I wouldn’t leave. I do have problems sometimes because I don't have time to help people with all their questions (there are a lot) & get my work done too. I do lots more than I am supposed to and get it done quickly & right. What should I say at review w/o sounding defensive?

Specifically, I live in a new house and made the mistake of not installing an intercom system. I bought a wireless intercom system at Radio Shack, the kind that you plug in and they did not work. Apparently they work through the wiring and the house has all different kinds. So I bought 2 walkie talkies instead to use in the house. Is this a good idea? Can other people on the same frequencies hear my conversations, or are they private? I have never used a walkie talkie before and don't know how they work or if they would be a good choice for my purpose. Thanks!

This person in my office is so annoying! She is so anal and slow about everything. If I need to complete something for her, she has to sit down next to me and go over it with me instead of just leaving the work on my desk like everyone else. And she needs to ask the opinion of 100 different people and keeps changing her mind about what she wants depending on the opinion. She needs to check, double check, triple, and yes, quadruple check everything. Everytime she just walks in the door, my blood pressure goes up. I need Valium just to be around this person. How do I stop her annoying behavior? Is there a way I can annoy her back or make her stop asking me so many dumb questions?

I have a satellite receiver from when I had satellite, now have cable. I have seen a lot of ads of people who sell their receivers. How can other people use these? Do you have to tell your satellite company that you have a receiver, or can you hook it up yourself to get a signal?

One that I don't have to pay out money to get information about and that is for real. I live in the US, New York, so something that allows me to work from that area.

I tried ESPN360, but it won't work for me. And BBC didn't work either. Anyone know another free site to watch or listen to live coverage?
