We work with airplanes and it is a 5 man job. We have a total of 14 people. They want us to go to 2 12 hour shifts. A day shift and night shift. So basically there would be 7 people for the day shift and 7 for the night shift. What would be the best way to implement this new schedule. What times would be best for a 12 hour shift?...12am-12pm or 6am-6pm??? How can we make this work where everyone will still get 2 set days off a week? Or what if someone calls in sick or is on vacation? Someone will have to lose their day off?? Any ideas or comments on how we could make this work, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a 2003 Mazda 6i 4 door sedan. I went today and took my state ( Washington ) emission test and I failed. The code that came up is P0703: Brake Switch "B" Circuit. How do I fix this and why would I fail a emission test because of a brake switch?

We recently bought a happy meal from McDonald's. It had the three little pigs in it from the Shrek movie. My son ( 3 years old ) was playing with it and he started repeating what it was saying. My son was saying pussy pork. When we got home we listened to it and it makes a bunch moaning sounds and then it says pussy pork. Has anybody else experienced this? What is it suppose to say? I am very appalled that my son is now going around saying pussy pork. Thanks for your time.

So I work for a company who does not have my 1099 ready yet. They are closed on the weekends. I know by law they are suppose to have it ready by the 31st of January ( or so this is what I heard ).
