I am on Day 10 of induction and I lost 7 pounds in the first six days, but have not seemed to lose any since then. Should I continue with induction for the full 2 weeks? Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, do you think I will start losing again? I want to lose at least 10, if not 15 pounds.

1 AnswerOptical1 decade agohoney burns my throat?
I buy my honey from a local bee keeper and usually I really love it. It always tastes different depending on what flowers and plants the bees are getting their pollen from I guess. This last batch I got really burns my throat. I cannot eat it plain, it hurts too bad. I put it in my tea but my throat still burns for about 2 hours after I drink it. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I like to have fruit on my yogurt in the morning. Fresh berries are so expensive and are about to go out of season. I tried frozen but they were bland and rubbery. Does anyone have a good suggestion for this?
