Hi, I'm Paul. I'm 25.

  • How do I win my ex-girlfriend back when she has a new boyfriend?

My girlfriend broke up with me last week, and I emailed her last Friday saying I was still interested. She replied Saturday saying she has a new boyfriend. I haven't spoken to her since (and trust me, it's tough to not respond).

I know she still loves me, she told me just last week. I think she's trying to make me jealous.

Everywhere online says I shouldn't contact her and make her do the "legwork". I definitely don't want to look desperate. Is that a good tactic? Do chicks do stuff like this just to get back at guys?

Is there a chance of getting her back? Any tips? HELP!!!!

She has the best boobs on earth and I can't stop thinking about them.

  • I just found out my wife never gradutated high school, should I divorce her? (updated with more details)?

I posted this 40 minutes ago. I've added more details:

Got married in 2005, she told me that she was home schooled (and graduated) while we were dating. When she needed the transcripts earlier this year for a new job, she couldn't provide them. She admitted she never graduated. It has been on my mind nonstop since. (I even had an affair because of it.)

I have a Bachelor's degree, and I'm going for my MBA this fall.

We just had a baby two months ago and I DON'T want to leave, but feel I should. She lied to me. We struggle to pay the bills, and there's no hope of her advancing in education. She has ZERO motivation. We even signed her up to an online high school to get a diploma, and she stopped working on it.

If you were a college grad who married someone who you thought had a chance of doing something with their career, but found out that person lied the whole time you were dating ( a HS dropout), would you stay? I was bothered by the mean answers before, so I added better details

  • I just found out my wife never graduated high school, should i divorce her?

We got married in 2005, and she told me that she was home schooled by some Christian school down in Florida through the mail (we live in Cleveland, Ohio). Turns out, when she needed the transcripts earlier this year, she couldn't provide them. She admitted she never graduated. It has been on my mind nonstop since. (I even had an affair because of it.)

I have a Bachelor's degree, and I'm going for my MBA this fall.

We just had a baby two months ago and I don't want to leave, but feel I should. She lied to me. We struggle to pay the bills, and there's no hope of her advancing her education. She has ZERO motivation. She won't go back to get at least a GED.

I don't want another child to take care of. I want a wife who, if needed, could get a decent job. She isn't willing. She has me by the balls.

If you were me, would you divorce her for this? PLEASE HELP! I need tons of good responses, this is a real problem I'm going through. Thanks so much.

  • Why are people so easily led?

I was at the grocery store the other day, grabbing some salad, and this little old lady comes up to me and warns me not to eat spinach because of what happened recently in the news.

I'm like "dude, there were only a few cases of people getting sick, it was a fluke you old retard."

I've thought about this for a while....generally speaking, why are people so easily led? From easily-disproven scary news stories, marketing schemes, to religion. People are being lied to and capitalized on.

I know someone will respond sarcastically by saying something about how I think I'm the smartest person in the world.

    I'm not, I'm just a normal guy.

I just wonder about stuff sometimes and I want good answers. Like scientific ones. Really, why do people follow others so easily?

  • Honestly, is installing laminate flooring really hard and stuff?

I'm installing 600 feet of the snap down, glueless kind this weekend.

Any tips? I'm using the Home Depot in-house brand TrafficMaster

  • What type of saw should I use for installing laminate flooring?

I'm installing 600 sq feet of snap-in, glue-less laminate flooring this weekend. The stuff is only like a 1/4" thick. I wanna use a hacksaw so I can work late into the night (so I don't disturb the neighbors in the condo). Is a hacksaw ok? Or shouuld I use a circular or jig saw? The stuff is so thin that I'm thinking why even waste time busting out the bad boy, and just working with Rusty (my baby hacksaw that I've nursed since my childhood).

Any other tips on my installation would be super. Thanks.

  • If you were in HR, do you think this would help me? Or make look weird?

Ok, I'm having my second interview this Friday with a great company. It's for a District Manager position and I really, really want it bad. I can't believe they called me back.

To set myself apart from all the other candidates, I'm thinking of writing a paper (20 pages) of why I want to work for this company and why i feel I'm the best candidate. I don't have much experience but this EXACTLY what I want to do.

It wouldn't be a kiss-*** kind of thing, but more of why I think the company is great and what I would bring to it.

Would that be creepy? Or would that show I want this job and how serious I'm taking this interview?

I'm gonna answer all the interviewers questions the best I can and then show him this paper at the end just to show him I'm really serious.

Please be honest, cause I don't wanna look uber-creepy.

  • First-time homebuyer, what should I offer on a house?

It's listed at $64,900 and it's nice for a starter home. The only issues are that the deck needs fixing, needs a new driveway, and some other stuff.

Should I assume they've already reduced the price of the house and just ask 64,900? Or shold I go lower and ask, say, $57,900?

What's the general rule for offers?

  • How do I change the ignition cylinder in a 1997 camaro?

The actual part where I put the key in. Is it hard? Will it take long? My car doesn't start unless I give the perfect amount of pressure with my key (which can take MANY tries.)

I'm so mad at my car.

    How do I do this?

(By the way it's an automatic, V6, 3.8)

  • I'm OBSESSED with "King of the Hill", are you?

For some reason, recently, I can't get enough of it. When I was younger, I guess I didn't get the jokes or whatever, but now it's my favorite show.

It's so refreshing to have a cartoon without pop-culture references, and ridiculous gags over and over and over. I LOVE how it's more realistic and tells a good, moral story.

It's crazy cause I'm (mostly) liberal and 100% atheist. I just really enjoy the quality of the writing and the good-values the show portrays.

I honestly can say this is the best show ever. EVER.

    Weird huh.

  • Would you have sexual relations with Hank Hill?

Imagine him on top of you talking dirty about propane and propane accesories: "I tell you what, your vagina is almost as good as that new propane tank that just came in."

  • Where is the starter motor/solenoid in a 1997 Camaro?

  • 1997 Camaro won't start, what's up? UPDATED.?

I just posted this question, but I have new info.

For astarters, the day before it finally died, I noticed that twice that day I would turn my key to start my car and it would pause, then maybe 1/2 a second later it would start. The next day, nothin.

    Dead.

I just went outside to see what's up, the connections seem all good. The alternator is new and the battery is charged ok, but when I go start it it does nothing. No clicks, nothing. I was advised to maybe "tap" the starter with a wrench, but is that possible without lifting the car? I can't even tell where the starter is in the Haynes manual. Any help would be seriously appreciated. Any ideas?

It just clicks when I turn the key and does nothing. Anyone have a guess of what I should check/replace? Starter? How much would that cost? If you need further info I'll be checking this for a half hour to add info if needed. Thanks so much.

  • Has anyone else who graduated college and couldn't find decent work taken a crappy job for a while?

I graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Industrial Management and I can't find anything. I've looked and interviewed for almost a month. Should I just take this management job at a famous burrito place? Or should I cry all day? I do have an offer there, but it's kinda embarassing.

    Life sucks.

    Please say I'm not alone.

  • What's the best way to explain why I've had 8 jobs in an interview?

I'm 25 years old and I've had a total of 8 jobs, and I'm beginning to feel that this may be the reason why employers aren't calling me back after sending my resume.

Even though I have a college degree, I'm guessing employers think I'm a crappy employee because I have a history of leaving jobs after one year. I've never left a job shorter than 8 months. (I've only been fired once)

I've never had a job that paid more than 12 dollars an hour, and that's why I left jobs (I felt I was too far down to see any forseeable advancement).

Please say I'm not alone with havoing this problem cause I'm really getting worried. Is there a way to fix this? Should I lie and just "forget" I even worked somewhere? What should I do?

  • Why do we lie to teens and tell them college is important when it's actually WORTHLESS nowadays?

Honestly, college is a joke now.

I graduated 3 years ago with a B.S. (no kidding haha, it's bulls***) in Industrial Management and I cannot find a job.

I've even applied at being an assistant manager at Applebee's and they turned me down!

    COLLEGE IS WORTHLESS.

    Everyone wants EXPERIENCE.

From now on, I'm telling every kid I see, to work right out of high school and to just work their way up in whatever they choose to do. I have friends who did that and are making 40K a year and I'm UNEMPLOYED! I wasted $30,000, all to find out that I need to start at the bottom to get anywhere!

    COLLEGE IS WORTHLESS!!!

It's seriously meaningless to have a degree nowadays.

It's almost as if going to college is now viewed as a way to coast for four years. It's true because college is a JOKE now, and it's so easy to graduate. High schools are LYING by saying college is needed.

I'm about to take a job as a waiter, go ahead and laugh
