what is base charge and fuel charge?

i beleive its x * .38 =z and x+z=2000

im looking for a steel drum player for my wedding and i need help finding a good one around the tampa area (actually, as of right now it may be ft. desoto). i found a one i loved but he's in ft. lauderndale (bob lyons) and he charges $1 per mile out of town. so after the other costs i would be spending over a grand to use him! and im only needing like 1-4 songs played. 1 or 2 for wedding (at least the wedding march) and mabye 1 or 2 for reception. help!! i dont want to pay $1,000 for 4 songs!

im going to be going into the USAF reserve. i have a few questions. one is im somwere between 6 foot and 6.2. what is the weight limit. what are the requirement to even get in to do BMT, like the high cholestorol and stuff. also, any tips on getting threw it and what to expect? i have bills to pay as do most people. how much do you get paid for bmt? and when do they do there pt test? im giving myself 3 months to get in better shape for it, plus there is a few things in my system i need to get out.... also, not that it makes that big of a difference to me, but out of curiosity, what is the average signing bonus for the reserves?
