I'm not a very techy person but there has to be something wrong on my laptop that is causing me not to be able to comment on ANYTHING on Facebook from the laptop. I have tried refreshing the page and logging in and out again and retrying. NOTHING. I used to be able to with no problem. I do not have that timeline stuff yet either. I have to get on my phone if I want to comment. This has been happening for a couple weeks now. I also noticed my Tab key doesn't work on certain pages. What could be the problem?

Recently I seen a funny commercial for cat food. It showed a guy coming home from work, sitting down at the table to eat then suddenly the power goes out. Then this creepy looking gray cat appears at the table in the chair next to him just staring at him. Then it shows a bag of cat food. I think it was like a Target commercial. Ive searched online for Target commercials and cant seem to find it. And of course I cant seem to ever see it again on TV. Anyone know what commercial Im talking about? I want to try and find it on Youtube. Thanks.

I have Dish Network and a Samsung surround sound entertainment system which is HD and up-scales HD movies. My tv channels play in full 1080 but when I put in a dvd to watch it is in 480. I don't understand when everything is HD. What could be the problem? Ive tried switching up how I plug up my dvd player but its always the same. I just want my tv channels and dvd movies to be all 1080 like they should! Please help if you can! Thanks!

Say a person owes the cellphone company Cingular money for an old bill. The company is now AT&T. Its now years later and no more letters about the bill have come in. Can this person apply for a job with AT&T and work for them even though they owe Cingular money? Will red flags be put up during the application process?

There is this rap song I heard on the radio. I don't know the words exactly, only what it sounds like to me. I think it came out sometime in July or August. It was August when I first heard it. I've searched everywhere and can't find it. Here is how some of the lyrics sound.

"came from the bottom all the way to the top" something something something "give" or "gave it all I got" then it sounds like they're saying "go home and eat chocolate" 4 times. He might be saying something about chopping instead but it sounds like chocolate to me for some reason. Then I think I hear the word Summer then some other words then they say the word Bigger then they say the "chopping" or "chocolate" part again. I know, hard to work with unless you know this song personally and have it figured out. Ive searched every way I can and have come up with nothing. Please help.

I just got this message twice in a row in the last 10 mins saying "Re: Y! & YAHOO ACCOUNT USER, WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT." says Y! Customer Care in the from box and even has yahoo pictures on there. The message says this: "Due to the congestion in all Yahoo Users and removal of all unused Yahoo Accounts,Yahoo would be shutting down all unused accounts,You will have to confirm your E-mail by filling out your Login Info below or your account will be suspended within 24 hours for security reasons." Then where you are supposed to type in your username, date of birth and country, you cant even type in the fields! Its messed up or something. Then it goes on to say this. "After Following the instructions in the sheet,your account will not be interrupted and will continue as normal.Thanks for your attention to this request.We apologize for any inconvenience."

So what should I do? Ignore it? Not like I can actually type in the so called "form" they tell you to enter your info in. I kinda think its a scam. Anyone else get one of these emails?

Im with Alltel and have been for a few years now. The Verizon Wireless buy out is supposed to be completed July 11th. Is this when Alltel users can start using Verizon model phones? Im sure their devices will be integrated with Alltel's devices. I really love the Blackberry Storm and would like to upgrade to that phone since Im due for an upgrade. Does anybody know if their phones are available for Alltel to use yet? Thanks.

Every now and then the lights on my dash go out and my turn signals wont work, my headlights wont work, fog lights and brights wont work at all. Then later they all work fine. Why is this happening? Its pretty scary to be driving along at NIGHT and lose all your lights!!

I have an LG Scoop with Alltel. I learned that this site was one of the only way to use mp3s as ringtones for this phone. Ive been using it for several months now with no problems. Now all of the sudden it wont work. No matter what mp3 I use or how long it is, when I go to where you enter in the url on my phones browser and enter the url given to me for the scoop, it usually starts downloading right away. Now it comes up as a white page that says requested page not available. Why wont it work now?

My Gateway laptop was working just fine, I would leave it on but close the lid to reuse later. I opened it up last night to get on it and it shut down and started rebooting itself all of a sudden. It kept doing it over and over and I noticed a flash of a blue screen with an error on it. It went so fast I could not read it. Finally I went into safe mode and disabled shut off when error is detected and I could read the blue screen. It read that it had to shut down to protect hardware and said: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA then had the following STOP code: STOP: 0x00000050 (0xFFA43000, 0x00000000, 0x80536923, 0x00000000) Ive tried different things but I am not too good at these sorts of things. I would just like some step by step instructions on how I could possibly fix this without having to take it to someone and spend a lot of money. I also do not have a XP disk. What is my best option on fixing this problem? Please help!!

I have an Olympus FE-140 digital camera that I've had now for a couple of years. I took it on a trip one time, packed it in my bag and when I took it out to take some pictures, the pictures wouldn't take. I can see through it and it acts as though it is taking the picture but there is no flash and when I go to view the picture, there is none. What is wrong with it? I have reformatted it (losing some pictures) to see if that would make a difference and it is still not working. Any ideas? Thanks.

I think my laptop may have a virus. My little cousin used it recently and downloaded games to play and later I tried to use it and the desktop wallpaper changes to ads flashing and my command bar on the bottom doesnt do anything and there are a bunch of arrows. I keep getting popups and getting online to do ANYTHING is a challenge. I dont have a copy of windows xp or any other disks with this Gateway laptop model MX6214. Ive tried all kinds of different virus programs and still cant seem to remove it. Please help!

I got this bracelet from this lady I know who just got back from vacation in Florida. It is made of brown rope like string and has a round wood type charm on it with a little carving of a fish skeleton on it. I was just wondering what it stood for if anything. She said they were out on this swamp riding in a boat and come across this indian selling beads and jewelry and she got some to bring back to her friends. Does it have a meaning? Ive searched the web and cannot find anything. What do you think? its head is triangle shaped and the body is a skeleton with four bones along the spine on the top and bottom. Does it have a meaning?

A lot of people I know have had plastic snap on cell phone covers that they have put on their phones and then they noticed theyre phones acting up. Theyre phones would shut off all of a sudden while using it, go dead fast. They took off the covers and didnt notice this happening anymore. Is it really the covers? I had one and my phone started doing the same thing so I took it off and it seems to be doing ok so far. Anyone else ever had this problem? Are covers really bad for cell phones?

I have a 1GB micro SD memory card that I use in my LG AX8600 cell phone. Everything has been working fine with it until a few days ago. I wasnt thinking and tried putting it in a different cell phone to see if it would work with it, which it didnt, then put it back into my phone. Everything was fine still until I put it into my laptop to add some things on to it and my computer doesnt show the memory card any where! Ive tried making sure it wasnt locked and everything. Nothing! Have I messed it up by putting it into that other phone? If so how do I fix it? Ive looked around on my cell phone with the card inserted and cant find anywhere how to reformat it. Not sure what to do here. Please help! btw, everything still works fine on it on my phone, the card just doesnt show up on my laptop anymore. Thanks.

The one part that really sticks in my mind about this movie is this part where this white man is sitting with this older Indian man and the Indian gives the man this cup and he drinks it and starts seeing this stuff flying through the air. Like snakes and things that look like octopus. There is this really awsome sounding Indian music playing in the background too. I just really would like to know the name of it. I know, not much to go on but if anyone out there has possibly seen this movie then you will definately know what part Im talking about. It was a great scene! Thanks for your help.

I type in a song to search it and sometimes when I go to play the song it's "Bill Clinton" saying "my fellow americans....?" The title bears the name of the song I was trying to download and all but its that stupid Clinton thing. Its happened a lot!! Who done it and why are these files there? What is it from? Its very annoying!!!

I bought an ipod off of Ebay some time ago and it did not come with a disk. It is a 4th generation click wheel 20GB. I downloaded the latest itunes on my desktop computer I had at the time and all seemed well. From time to time I had difficulty adding songs and all but I finally got it to work ok. Then I got a laptop computer, I downloaded itunes onto it and wanted to use the ipod with the laptop instead of the desktop now. Ever since Ive been having a lot of problems. I would get errors while adding new songs onto it and I went through all of the troubleshooting methods on apple.com and Im still having problems. Now its worse than ever. Whenever I connect the ipod to the computer, itunes just freezes up and half of the time the ipod doesnt show up in windows and when it does and I try to click on it, that freezes up too. Half the time I have an error with a folder and an exclamation point with it. Again, I have followed all instructions on apple.com what can I do now?
