I have 2 flower beds up against my house. The inspector advised me to not have dirt up against the paneling of the house (because of termites/pests/rotting) so I dug all the dirt/rocks out. I purchased some 20mm pond liner vinyl that I thought would be handy for keeping dirt up off the house as well as protect the basement from water leaks. Will this be suitable for flower/herb gardening? Should I poke some holes in the vinyl away from the house for draining or is that unnecessary? Or is the vinyl a bad idea?

I won a small claims judgment several years ago but have been unable to collect on the judgment. Since then the person I sued got married and purchased a home. I'm wondering what options I have to try to pursue my claim. Will the name change and marriage cause any problems? Can I put a lien on the home? Do I have to file a writ of execution or a writ of garnishment? What steps should I take to try to pursue this claim?

I work in an office where we have two separate networks (One for my company and another for our clients) for security reasons. However they would like a shared hard drive solution for files that they're both needing access to.

I purchased a Linksys E3200 wireless router which has a usb port for sharing hard drives, printer, etc. I've been able to connect via wifi to the hard drive and map the drive however when I'm connected to both the wifi and the cat5/lan my internet/network connectivity gets hosed.

I'm wondering how to tell the computer to use the cat5/lan connection for internet/network connectivity and the wifi only for the wifi mapped usb network drive.

Does this make sense?

An old receptionist created a reoccurring Outlook meeting. She no longer works for the company. I need to know how to delete this meeting.

I was laid off recently and my employer is withholding my last paycheck because they want a couple company shirts returned. I no longer have the shirts. I was never informed that I would have to return the shirts and no where in the employee manual does it mention that you paycheck would be withheld if you failed to return the shirts.

I was laid off yesterday and I want to know if there are any laws that your employer must provide past annual performance reviews. I was working there 3 years and was never given copies of my annual performance reviews. I'd like to have copies of these documents to be used somewhat as references and for my records.

I started working for a company almost 2 years ago. When hired I was told that I'd make 60k after my 90 day probationary period. After my 90 day probationary period I was still making only 40k. Now after 2 annual reviews and a company wide salary freeze I'm still only making 40k.

About a year ago I started supporting Company X. Company X already had another company (company Z) supporting them in their base city. When Company X expanded to the city I live in Company Z hired my company to support them since they didn't have a base in my home city. Now Company X is closing it's base city and moving all their employees to Company X's office in my city that I support.

I have signed a non-compete agreement with my company. However I just found out that the company I work for has just lost it's largest/oldest client. The loss of this client will be equal to a couple salaries. Since finding out this information Company X has informed me that they will be firing Company Z that supports them in their base city and have offered me a position supporting them in the office that I support.

It is my understanding that a non-compete agreement can not be prohibitive to me securing gainful employment with a stable company. I believe that my company losing their largest client has created an unstable working environment jeopardizing and making my position expendable.

My non-compete agreement states that I can not steal a client from my company for 12 months after I'm no longer employed with my company. Company X is not a direct client of my company since my company was hired through Company Z. If I take a position with Company X would this put me in violation of the non-compete agreement I signed with my company?

I've only been able to find a importer in the UK and they wanted $125 in shipping to ship 1 case. Does anyone know of any South African good importers that would have Castle Milk Stout? I'm trying to get this ordered as a gift for someone for Christmas. It's their favorite beer and unfortunately there are no US distributors.

I will need to backup upto 20GB each day. Currently I'm doing this manually onsite, but would like to automate this process and have the backup located at a remote site. I've searched online and have found prices anywhere from $15/month to $70/month. Curious if anyone has any experience with a company that they're happy with.

I have two different spreadsheets that I need to somewhat merge data from one into the other. Both spreadsheets should have identical 'product description' columns that should be able to match the two spreadsheets together. How would I go about telling Excel to match the data in one column on spreadsheet A to the data in one column on spreadsheet B?

I'm looking for a temporary Excel file. I realize that the name of the temporary file will have somewhat random characters/numbers. What would the file extension be? Where would the temporary Excel saved files be located? What directory? Thanks

I found a 1991 ES 250 with under 60k miles. I haven't been able to find much on the reliability of this car as it's over 15 years old. Just curious if there are any current/former owners and what their experiences were with maintenance. I suppose the Lexus shares many of the Toyota Camry parts would could be a positive if any serious repairs are needed. I've also read that gas mileage isn't so good. Let me know what you think about the ES 250.

In Excel how would I search two different spreadsheets with Values in one column and match them against another. Then I would like to hide the records that don't have a match. Basically I have two lists that have social security numbers and i need to import data for the spreadsheets that have matching SSN #s.

I somehow crossed paths with the evil Poison Oak. My left leg is covered in it with various breakouts elsewhere on my body. Up until now I really haven't done much. I tried Hydrocortisone cream but it was useless. Is it true that I just have to let it run it's course or is there anythin I can do to speed it up.

I'll be there June 12-14. I think I'll be staying in a hostel in the Manhattan area. I was thinking of seeing a Yankees game on the 13th and spending some time in Brooklyn. I know NYC is a huge city and I'd like to try and see as much as possible before I have to leave.
