  • a.c. went out in '86 stang, just got recharged 3 weeks ago?

After the shop recharged it, seemed to work great consistently. Today, all of a sudden it is blowing hot air? What could be wrong with it? Should I take it back to the last place of service or get a second opinion?

  • People who don't cover their sneezes?

Am I the only one who finds this absolutely disgusting?

And while I'm on the subject, why is it that when I try to sanitize behind people who do this so I don't have to catch their diseases take offense?

Do these people not realize that they are spraying viruses all over the place? What's up with that?

  • Does anyone here know a lot about reed diffusers?

I just received a reed diffuser for my birthday and I'm not very familiar with these. How strong is the fragrance when is is used? And do the reeds that come with it ever need to be replaced or changed out?

  • Is 2 years long enough to wait for a committment?

My man and I have been dating exclusively for a little over 2 years now. He wants me to move in with him, which is 90 miles away from where I live now.

I would have to quit my job, and lose my health insurance. I have asthma and my meds cost hundreds of dollars per month without insurance. Do you think it would be inappropriate to suggest that we get married so that it will be easier for me to leave behind the security of my job and benefits.

Also, I should add that I am without a driver's license or vehicle, so finding a job in this new town would be very, very difficult.

    Should I bring it up?

  • Seriously, what is wrong with me? (read details, please)?

Okay, here's my situation. I live with my ex-husband and his mom because I don't earn enough money to live alone yet. I have a guy I have been seeing for over a year, but he lives about 2 hours away and we both work full time, so I only get to see him about once a week.

I really love my new boyfriend and I'm waiting for him to ask me to move in with him so I won't have to live where I am now.

The problem started when my ex recently met some other girl on the internet and now he's always on the phone with her and I don't know why I'm jealous because I don't want to be with my ex anymore. But he's always on the phone with her and for some reason it bothers me and I'm overcome with the urge to beat him until he falls into a coma and smash his cell phone into little pieces.

Like I said, I don't want him anymore, so what's wrong with me?

  • Nausea in a.m. after drinking a small amount of alcohol the night before, is it common?

I don't really drink a lot of alcohol. It's been at least a few months since I have actually drank enough to get drunk. So why is it that when I have only two drinks (one rum and coke and a beer) in one night, sometimes I wake up in the morning with a hangover and sick to my stomach?

I heard that when a person gets older their bodies are less able to process alcohol, but I'm only 28 and I never hear about this happening to people in my age group. Besides when I was younger, I drank a whole lot more than what I do now and I rarely got sick in the morning like I do now.

Is anyone of the opinion that there may be something wrong with my liver and I need to ask my doctor about it?

  • Welcome to America, no mistakes allowed!!?

Have you ever made a mistake before? Maybe made a bad decision or two that you now regret? If so, how would you feel if people always told you that you were a bad person just because you made a bad decision or two when you were younger?

I understand that there really are bad people out there, but not all are like that. Why is it so hard not to judge others?

  • What's the point of taking hair samples for drug testing?

Why can't they just take urine or blood samples, that can tell you if the drug use is recent or not? When a hair sample is taken, it gives away the past years of history. How is a person who went straight and turned their life around, stopped using drugs for good supposed to have a second chance at a good life if all other people care about is the past?

  • What would you do in this situation?

I just got hired at a place to work from 9-5 Mon.-Fri. with a payday every other Friday. There is no direct deposit, and I can't go to the bank on my lunch break because I don't drive, I take the bus there and it takes an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half to get back home.

Should I ask my new boss if I can leave early on paydays so I can get my checks depostited? Do you think I would be looked at funny if I made that request or would she understand?

  • What would be a really good sample thank you letter for post job interview?

I have two interviews this week for a front desk position in a medical office. I learned in school that it is a good idea to write a thank you letter a day or so after your interview. I've never done this before. Please help.

  • Where to get an authentic looking driver's license?

I am going to have to get a fake driver's license so I can get places on time (the buses here are always late). Does anybody know where I can get someone to make me a real-looking driver's license? It doesn't matter what the price.

  • What's the deal with D-link?

My ex bought a wireless router so we wouldn't fight over who gets to be online and when. Well, when he brought it home and tried to hook it up, not only did it not work, but it made our already existing Verizong DSL service go out for a week. What's up with that?

  • How to effectively deal with anger and rage?

What do you do when you live with people who infuriate you just by being themselves? It's against the law to kill them or beat them up like they truly deserve. I've tried video games, I've tried getting out of the house and keeping busy but when I get home they are still here and making me madder by the minute.

So how do you deal with people who make you want to beat them up?

  • I need help updating my resume?

I had a lovely one-page resume that I sent out to places when I was looking for an office to do my externship for school. Now I need to update it to include my extern work. When I changed it, that made the resume go over the one-page limit that most potential employers like. I can't remove what's already on it because everything I have on it makes me look good to potential employers. How do I describe my duties in the office so that it looks good? Basically what I do all day is maintain medical records and help out the other people in the office if they need it.

  • If I shoot someone in self defense with an unregistered gun bought at gun show, will I get in trouble for it?

I plan on moving to a city I've never been to. People often tell me that there are dangerous areas in that city. I may have to work or live in one of those neighborhoods. I am scared to death of something bad happening to me because I have to use public transport to get around. Lately I have been having nightmares, one about being attacked at a bus stop and another where I died and saw my own funeral. I even woke up with a date in my head-- Dec.12th. I don't want to go out that way. I'm moving there to be closer to my boyfriend as he now lives 2 hours away from me. I don't think he's going to ask me to move in with him. What should I do to protect myself while I wait for him to take the next step?
