I want to get into a workout routine, in order to make my muscles bigger and be more flexible, streched, etc. I am out of the house at 7:40 in the morning, until 2:25, and then I have the rest of the day free. When do you think I should do exercices, what types of exercices and what kind of food should I eat that would complement my decision to work on my body?

In Serbia, it was translated as "Blue Princess" and I am not sure that it is the english title too, since I can't find it on the internet. It looks like Manga (although I believe it just borrows from the genre) and is a story of a princess who in the end sacrifices her life for her tribe by elevating to the sky in a blue aura. There are also animal sidekicks, just like in Pocahontas. She had blue, long hair. Thank you.
