  • Are Rachael McAdams and that guy from the Notebook still dating?

I just recently saw the Notebook for the first time and it was the most amazing movie ever! I heard that Rachael McAdams and "Noah" were dating in real life. Is that true?

  • Can my landlord search my aparmtent?

The landlord at my apartment sent out a flyer, saying that they are searching for tenants in violation of their pet policy. They pet policy requires you to pay $300 per pet. I do not own a pet, but is it lawful for my landlord to search my apartment for such a violation? To me, it sounds like a money scam. I understand the laws and that the landlord may enter for maintanence, etc., but can they lawfully search every apartment to find violators? Also, in the lease, there is no clause for eviction if a pet is found, however, on the flyer, they claim you will be evicted if you do not comply. Can they legally hold you to that?
