I am a college senior and I have researched about dogs for about a year now. I would love to finally get one. I don t go out at night often and would love to have a dog to take out on hikes and adventures. Just to have that awesome companionship. Is it to young to get s dog at 21?

I changed my diet a week and a half ago to 1500 calories, I used to eat 1800-2500 calories before. I exercise a lot playing soccer, but I want to lose about 15 lbs. Now that I eat 1500 calories a day, I feel so full with just that. I have been eating whole foods like eggs, wheat/whole grain breads, salads and fruits. I measure out the serving sizes as well. Before I never seemed to feel satisfied and now I feel full all the time, I still exercise daily and workout at least an hour a day, why am I feeling so full? Do I need to eat less?

I'm 5'5 and 143 lbs, 16 year old female. I eat super healthy everyday, vegetables, a bit of protein, a small amound of carbs, and tons of fruits. The highest amount of calories i eat a day is around 1700, but i usually eat more like 1500 calories a day. I also play soccer everyday, run a half an hour a day extra, and do some weights at the gym. How come i'm stuck at this weight and cant lose anymore? i want to be around 135 lbs. I have friends who eat way more, worse then me, and don't exercice much and they are skinner? am i doing something wrong?

Everyone says im wayyyy to nice to everyone. And i have no idea how to be meaner. Like i try to think of something to say when someone makes me super mad but i just laugh it off. I hate being mean to people but in order to defend myself...How do i be mean?

Im not overweight, but i want to lose about 5lbs for a flat stomach, its day 21, and i see little result. I run 5 mph at an incline of 4.0 and it says i burn about 450 calories eacht time, plus I do 500 situps after. How long will it take for a flat stomach.

It's a fake antivirus that keeps popping up on my screen. How do i get rid of it for good?
