my son is 9 months old, and he refuses to drink infant formula. i usually express my breast milk, for him to intake whilst i am at work. 2 weeks before he was 9 months old, i realized that i do not produce sufficient breast milk for him to intake during a day, i cannot even get 2 ounce. so i decided to introduced him to NIDO full cream milk, which he likes. but according to the internet cow's milk is not good for infant below one year old. could this affect him?

i was supposed to have my period yesterday and i haven't gotten it yet? so i am 1 day late, last month was a normal flow but it was 5 days early? could i be pregnant? is there a need to worry? HELP!!!
