I'm constantly messing with the volume on my TV because the talking is so quiet and then the music and commercials are so loud. I live in an apt building so I have to turn it down and it is getting annoying. I've heard you can adjust the TV to put out a constant volume. Any ideas?

I just started watching the first and only season on DVD and it is so great. Why do they cancel all the good shows? Does the season end in a cliffhanger?

There is this song that used to play over the Musak where I worked. No one there could tell me what it was. I tried several lyric search engines. The only words I know are "I'll wrap you in my angel wings". It sounded like a country song.

I was wondering how much protein I should get each day. I searched old questions and did not find a satisfactory answer. I am a 33 yr old female. I have no idea how many pounds of muscle I have. I'm not trying to gain muscle or lose weight or change my body in any way. I'm just wondering about how many grams of protein an average adult should eat.

I see it all the time... Volunteer firefighters with their blue lights flashing and people won't just let them by. I understand that you are not obligated to get out of the way, but show some courtesy. People say that some volunteers use the lights just to get ahead even when there is no emergency. Yes, some do. But these people voluntarily risk their health and safety to protect yours. Letting them by is a small price to pay, even if they are just being douchy. What if they were on their way to your house? Or your children's or grandparents? If you are one of the people who stubbornly refuse to move, I'd like to know why.
