Here's the short story.. Stage III metastatic breast cancer. Completed chemo about 3 months ago, finishing up radiation, still on Herceptin. Previous neck and back injuries, progressively worse over the years. Former athlete so I'm used to walking and running. Since chemo I have had horrible joint pain. treated with steroids unsuccessfully. now that chemo is over the oncologist thinks I am BS'ing about the pain. Bone scan found degeneration in knees and ankles. But didnt mention neck ad back. I hurt constantly - all over. Every joint including fingers. neck and back is the worst ever. I throb with pain so much that my lifestyle is completely sedentary, i wake up many times a night in pain, have a primary care, an oncologist and a radiologist everyone is passing the buck. only the primary care will prescribe lortab, to me that is not the answer as they make me nauseous. what can I do? Why am I hurting, what caused it, and what can i do to stop it?

Bought and drove 30 miles. overheated. now wont stop overheating even on very short trips. put new thermostat there wasnt one. water is filthy like muddy brown river water. i thought i would flush it. but the oil (even at the checkpoint) heats up very fast. and it doesnt look like the water has gotten to the hoses in some places for a very long time, rusted and dry. the engine and radiator look exceptional steam cleaned i guess. maybe the dealer didnt drive enough to encounter problem after he bought it at auction. what could this be? no apparent leaks usually although the first time it overheated the brown water did leak from somewhere. first time i saw it overheat i was idling with the air on for about 20 minutes and didnt see it go all the way hot.

Likely needs a complete coolant system overhaul. It overheats within 2-3 blocks of driving. I expected to have minor problems and have vehicle serviced. Changed oil and serviced engine before problems became apparent. Have now replaced thermostat. Needs a cooling system flush, water pump, and i dont know what else needs to be done to repair overheating problem. The car is sitting at my house unable to be driven even back to the dealership. Notified dealer within 4 hours of purchase that car was not functioning at all. He finally agreed the next day to have a mechanic look at it after Labor day. I am left with a large down payment spent and a financing agreement and no car to drive. Even if I could get it to drive (I put in a thermostat there was none and have supplies to flush the radiator) I want to minimize the miles because the dealer kept insinuating that I did something to make this happen saying stuff like, "I hope YOU havent blown an engine gasket" What options do i have

OK, I have created a video with pictures and audio in Windows movie maker. Myspace wont accept the file type. If I try to Save As.. the file there are no other program options. What can I do (free or open source software maybe) to convert these .WSWMM files into something that will play and upload as a video to myspace? Is quicktime an option? Please enlighten me

And yes, I know I could post in Myspace or something. I did. Noone's home over there. Does anyone here know?

limewire..... it corrupted or something and wont work, was working fine

bearshare.... it never worked, well 2 songs that wont play. cant connect. i deleted it.

Do you know any others or how to fix limewire? I tred deleting the program and reinstalling from the download executable, no luck.
