I have these 3 large trees in my yard, two in the front and one gigantic one in the back. They provide excellent shade but i have been trying to find out what kind of trees they are for years.

hi, my husband is getting out of the army with an honorable discharge and we are eligible for coverage from Tricare for 6 months but my question was for those who are spouses of former military. did you get to keep your military id for you doctors appointment? if not was something given to you as a replacement for the military id? I have upcoming doctors appointment (new doctors never seen) on fort bragg and I know ill need my military id. btw his ets date is june 1st. any help with this would be great, Tricare is running him around in circles.

i own property next to a trailor park that is known for prostitution and drug dealers. a prostitution sting has been conducted and the ring busted last year and it was in the fayetteville observer. one of the dope boys lives not even two trailors away from my home and from what the sheriff himself told me another one has moved in at the bottom of the heel of this trailor park. we have contacted the owner of the trailor park several times about the issues going on but he over talkes us and yells and hangs up, he doesnt hear what we have to say. i call the sheriff constantly because their idea of a good time is doing figure 8's im a space about as big as maybe 30 ft and there is a huge oak they barely miss and children playing, they shoot handguns and shotguns and yell and scream half the night. the fat dope boy dont care if i offent thats what he is sits back there and revs the engine in his dodge charger louder and louder and blasts the music. the owner/landlords property was up for forecloser and we were so happy cause he didnt pay the taxes on the land well unfortunately he paid them and now he wants a rediculous amount for the land like 150,000 and its not even worth 25,000 its not even an acre and a half anyway i thought i would give all the info so im not called names by someone who couldnt even hold their own in this neighborhood. so my question is what can we do legally to have him declared a nuesance in the court. im in nc by the way.

ok heres the thing we own property next to this trailor park and this trailor park is notorious with the police and addicts and the landlord is fully aware of whats going on. the trailors are run down and raggity and all the people who live in the trailors are dont mean to offend trash. so what can i or we do to make him a nuesance and get rid of him im so tired of him and him people. or ill also say what legally can we do as far as courts i havent worn the sheriff out yet but comeon ya know

in a previous question i asked how much it would cost for an expungement in the state of nc with no criminal activity before/after the citation and the citation was dismissed. i did my research before asking this question on ask and couldnt find the cost but i do however know that once an expungement takes place and ur record is ordered to be wiped clean by a judge that no law enforcement agency or potential employer can see anything, u no longer have a record thats the purpose of expungement. so pls know what ur talking about before u post. i researched it. i just could not find the cost. expungement means clean and clear.

i have a question for any attorneys or people who have had an expungement. i recieved a citation for misd. larsony i wasnt the thief but the person whom i was with was lets say wrong place wrong time and some very overzelous cops. well anyway i went to court on the court date well over a year ago and the same day i plead not guilty, given a public defender and he later that day called and said the district attorney dismissed the case. well ive never had a record before this or after i was never arrested and ive never even gotten stopped by a cop or recieved a traffic ticket. im a good person i dont understand why if it was dismissed why it wasnt taken off i have always been in law enforcement im tryin to get back into it but fear this will effect it. how much does an expungement cost?

i was curious to know how long a soldier stay out in the field training as far as weeks or months are concerned? i would prefer those with actual military experience and lifestyles answer this pls. thank u
