  • Anxiety/panic attacks?

Okay here it goes. I currently am on a dosage of 15mg of buspar 2 times daily and I was also given .5 mg Xanax for emergencies only. My family left for a baseball game a few hours away and I was left alone. It really didn t bother me most of the day until I went to the gym after work where I started having anxiety after my workout. Well I am aware of the signs and I usually wait for the last second to take my Xanax only when I really need it. Well I took the Xanax .5mg and initially I believed it was going to start kicking in. Now it did relax me quite a bit but my anxiety is still kicking my ***. Heartrate is still bouncing around and I can honestly say that everytime I have taken the emergency Xanax.....ive never had issues after taking it. Today seems to be a slightly different story and I am a bit stressed about it. I wonder if perhaps my body requires more Xanax because the low dose isn t pulling its weight any longer? I have taken it a handful of times over the course of the last 4-5 months. Usually when I take one....I am golden, but today is a little different. What do you think?

  • what is wrong with people in our country?

I am without a doubt disappointed in the way people act in this country. We have those that leech off the government (EBT) and those that cry about everything. Our leaders bend at any dislike. What happened to us?

  • What do you think about mermaids?

I watched a show on animal planet in regards to this subject and during the course of the program it brought to light several details that made sense. I know that a lot of people to include hollywood has made these things to be able to breathe under water and look like hot chicks, but I don't believe that. I think that after watching that show and how it displayed all of the facts and research studies done by scientists that they may have or still do exist. The fact that the government has had a tight wrap on any and all findings is just one more notch on the belt. I believe that anything is possible and that these beings are possible descendants of humans. Researcher want us to believe that we came from primates, and if that is true.. why are we the only mammal on earth besides dolphins to be able to swim as soon as we are born? Why do we sweat salt, and need water faster then any other mammal? Monkeys cant do it, even though they say they are the closest thing to us. Some are able to hold their breath for upwards to 15 minutes, and some cultures are able to dilate their eyes to a point to where they can see perfectly under water. Some things are requiring answers, and I can't figure out why the government would hide this. We are so different then any creature on the planet, and yet the closest thing to us is monkeys? Dolphins are more like us if you think about it. I am sure as big as the ocean is and if they believe we evolved from the ocean....why couldn't they exist? Just some food for thought. Tales of these things have came from all over the world and have been told since the days of cave men with cave paintings. I believe there are things that are still to be discovered in the ocean. Every time there is a hurricane and items wash up on the shore.....we discover a new fish or item from the ocean. And why would the government close off an entire area to remove reported "bodies" off the beach with research teams? Come on y'all!

  • a question about history?

The Crusades are probably the greatest symbol of the religious enthusiasm of the age. What were the goals of the Crusades? Targets? What motivated people to go on crusade besides religious zeal? How do we account for their general failure? How were the Crusades viewed by the Muslims, as indicated by the evidence from “Listening to the Past”? What lasting impact did they have?

  • Just saying about the Playoff game with the packers!?

I am not going to tarnish what the packers did to my Eagles in this last playoff game, but we beat ourselves in this one. Akers was 0/2 on field goal points which would have had us in the lead going on into chicago. The third down conversions killed us, and the pack did a great job....and we didn't. I have been an eagles fan for a long.........long time and I am honestly tired of hearing that we will get better and that we have a young team. Our shot was stripped because of a lousy 4th and 1 decision as well as two muffed field goals. I want to know what you think...and I am sure some of you will only answer to get points, but I want real answers. Are any other Eagles fans tired of hearing excuses?? I think the offense did okay considering they played a tough defense, but we should have been better. Vick had no pressure to pass, and yet he was underthrowing people... I am also tired of people saying that we are a young team...I have been hearing that since Mcnabb was a rookie and it does jack squat for me. I know the fans are pissed right now, and yet no one is saying anything about Akers choking when we needed his questionable "probowl" leg. We play like **** and the pack got a freebie. Vick will get greedy just like he did on the last play and he will be asking "SHOW ME THE MONEY" and he will go elsewhere.....Just you watch! I am tired of Reid saying that it "all falls on him"......that does nothing for me at all. People need to start getting fired and changes need to be made! These guys get paid to produce and if they don't........then get rid of them! They talk about health???? I am tired of hearing that crap too....Peyton manning could beat teams by himself if needed and he makes crappy players look like probowl athletes. Eagles need help starting at the top and working their way down. Typical eagles excuses and lackluster performance as usual!
