Here's the situation:

I have cable internet connection hooked up to my pc. I just got a Nintendo Wii which has internet capabiblities. My friend gave me a wireless router and told me the ssid and wep key so that I could hook my Nintendo up to the internet.

Now the problem is, I'm a complete noob when it comes to networking.

Here is my what I think has to happen:

cable modem --> wireless router --> pc (connected by network cable) + nintendo (connected wirelessly)

Can somebody tell me step by step what I need to do so that my computer and Nintendo both have access to internet? How do I configure everything so that it works? (I have no idea what to do with the ssid and wep key)

It seems every time my girlfriend goes for a 20-40min run she gets a bad headache shortly afterwards. She stays well hydrated before and after her run and keeps her electrolytes up by drinking Gatorade. Sometimes the headache is so bad it makes her vomit and keeps her bedridden. What's going on? How can she keep this from happening?

I'm heading there soon for a week. What kinds of not-so-touristy things are there to do/see in New York apart from the regular site-seeing (ie NOT Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Broadway show, Rockerfeller, 5th Ave etc etc) that set NY apart from the rest of the world?
