Hi i recently had a kidney pancreas transplant therefore i have no immune system and a few days ago a white spot cane up on the side of my tongue! i saw my gp and he said it will have to be removed by a dental surgeon! anyone know anything about this as im terrified! its sounds very painful and nasty!! HELP!

I am flying to florida in a few weeks and am having a bit of a nightmare deciding what to do with my insulin!!! I have contacted the sirline and informed them i will be carring needles and insulin and have a letter from my GP, I need to take 15 pens plus extras with me but if i leave them in their sealed boxes they will not fit into the clear plastic bag 20cms x 20cms that the airline say all liquids must be in. I have purchased two frio bags which will keep the insulin at the required temperature but these will not fit into the bag either. So do i put them in the frio bags and hope that they let me on the plane without the plastic bag, therefore keeping insulin cool for the whole journey, leave them in their sealed boxes or take them out and put the individual pens in the plastic bag and not keep them cool for the journey ??? help???

My partner and I are going to florida, We start in orlando and travel down through the keys. We have some ideas of where to go and what to do etc but just wondered if anyone had any tips or ideas on where to go and what to do places to visit !!!!

Iam currently undergoing treatment for severe gum diease which coupled with my diabetes has caused me to lose two teeth and i have four more that are seriously loose. my peridontologist has said that the plan is to remove the loose teeth and have a temp denture and to re graft bone back into my jaw! this sopunds awful , painful and just not nice any one had it or know anything about it as i am petrified. thanx

i have a great partner and i love him to bits but he works alot and i spend a lot of time on my own. I see my friends and got out with them but i still find myself feeling lonely and craving attention. is this wrong?

My mother died when i was 3, and i was brought up by various members of my dads family and friends of my mums til dad remarried. My mum's family live in the same town as me yet i dont see them they stopped seeing me when dad married again i was about 8. now i dont get birthday cards/xmas cards. Even when at the age of 23 i found out that the guy i belived to be my dad wasnt they didnt contact me. I have made an effort many times invited them round to meet the man i want to marry, family get togethers and they just let me down every time. Im fed up with being the one who does all the chasing should i let them come to me?

Has anyone read A people Betrayed by LInda Melvern. A book about the role f the west in the genocide in rwanda. I have considered buying it but thought i would see if anyone has read it and if it was any good.

Well.. I am 29 and split up with my 45 year old ex over a year ago. I have met up with an old male friend in the meantime and we hit it off straight away, and have been together for nearly a year now. I love him soo much, However my ex still texts me telling me how much he loves and misses me. Sex with him was great and we had alot of fun together. day's out with his daughter etc. Now he keeps asking to see me, Should i go just to test out how i feel, risking my new relationship or forget about him and concentrate on my new guy???
