Is it something I am doing wrong? Or do they not let you DVR these shows?

Theraflu, NyQuill, etc. I am just miserable - but I don't want it to effect my milk for her. I am staying hydrated, soup, tea, vitamins - all the basics - is there something else I can do?

I am going back to work in a week and have been breast feeding. I plan to pump 3x a day while at work and breast feed while at home. I have my own office and a fridge so I don't expect any problems with pumping at work (other than getting my staff and clients and the phone to leave me alone a few times a day). When I pump I usually get about 4 oz. I have been pumping and storing in the freezer the last few weeks to have a supply to start with. Do you think pumping 3x a day at work will be enough? Or will I need to suplement with formula. I have had my husband and his mom give bottles a few times a week of formula/pumped milk to get her used to the bottle and there have been no problems.

What kind of cheese, liqour, how to make???

I have a loaf of raisin sourdough from the local farmers market that is several days old and getting hard - I would love to make a nice bread pudding using this.

Recently found out I am expecting and having HUGE cravings for things like mac & cheese - but have been living low carb for so long I don't want to completely just dive into the world of white starchy foods again. Do you have low carb (or at least high fiber/grain) versions of creamy, cheesy comfort foods - looking for soups, caseroles, etc.

How many calories in half a Quiznos Prime rib sub? Or do you have a website that shows that?
