I had a son a little over 9 months ago, and since then my inner lips have gotten larger and they are very painful and sensetive. I cant stand the pain when I walk no when I am having sex. I dont know how to bring it up to my doctor or explain it to her. Its embarrassing to talk about let alone have it "inspected". Can anyone help me with this, or have had similar problems.

My son is 7 months old. I was wondering what I can do to help him try and crawl? He screams when he is unable to get around. He usually rolls around or scoots around, but he gets mad when he cant get to what it is he wants. So I am wondering how do I teach him to get in the crawling motion?

When I am ready for bed, and I am extremely tired, I lay in bed for almost 2 hours before I fall asleep. I do this almost everynight. I try to focus on sleeping and not anything else, but I cant go to sleep. And also I get dizzy when I lay down, and unless I sit up, it doesnt go away. Why does this happen to me?
