2. 3 Protien shakes; before/ after work out, and before bed.

3. Creatin; before and after workout

4. 8 Ammino pills; 2 in the morning, before/ after workout, before bed.

I want to do this for a whole month; goal is to gain 10 pounds.

Work out different muscle everyday.

Current weight 154lbs; hight 5"11

I need to find a good idea; which i can present to a committee so that they would fund this business....

I bought a USB modem, and would like to share the connection with other laptops.

Can you please suggest modems that have that capability? and would any router with a USB slot work?

Okay Ive been studying in the US since fall 1999 i did my BA and Masters. I left the US during the summer of 2003, and came back and finished my studies by the end of fall 2007....

Last week i've applied for a visit Visa, and a few days ago, i had someone from the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) call me and tell me that i did not go through the US-Visit exit procedure when i left...

I told him that i have no clue what this US-Visit thing is... he told me to check it out online and that he will be able to waive the first mistake, but told me to make sure i go through the right procedures when i exit....

I did search this US-Visit , and it said that the exit portion of it has been canceled....

Now im confussed... On one hand i have a US official telling me something and on the other hand the DHS website saying something else....

I've called the DHS here and left 2 voice msgs but never got a reply...

Any ideas?

Whenever I'm reading i start thinking of random things... its funny how i actually read and even correct myself when i read something wrong... but the information is not coming in...

Project Management Professionals exam from the Project Management Institute/???

Everybody i know tell me to hold on to them until the future; i believe that doubling up is more then enough of a profit; but people always talk about other IPOs from the past whose value today is is 50X its IPO value...

i guess what im saying is what are the odds of that? and is it really better to hold on or sell the IPO and reinvest

everything around me, but i can not move at all...

It feels like my brain is up but my body is asleep... the first couple of times i freaked out and would try to scream and say something to my brother who i can hear in the next room but i cant... i eventually try to move my body around until "it wakes up"

Lately im pretty calm about it... but it is still weird...

okay well i have the option between 2 companies, Unilever which is well known, and an International Holding company.

Im leaning towards the holding company because it is smaller; which makes me believe it would be easier and faster to advance in my career...
