I thought common sense was well common. As bad as people want to call all Nigerians. Do not fall for the dumb spam to begin with. I had some one as why Nigerians are greedy. Well to begin with everybody is greedy the people that fall for these scams are not doing it out of the goodness of their heart now are they?

Some people have commented that I should do something about Nigerian scams rather than complain. So I need ideas and serious ones too. For one I do not live in Nigeria and did not grow up there. Two honestly how can a make a difference other than do not be greedy and fall for obsvious stupid scams?

According to some of the top contributers we are nothing but scam artists. The really gets me fired and makes me want to go on a crusade if all sterotypes were true the world would be in more wars than now. Anway just wondering how you all feel about all this B.S. thanks for your comments in Advance!

I am sick and tired of people assuming all the scams in the world originate from Nigeria well is are some from India so how does go on noticed. Yeah there are all kinds of scammers out there. Some people are dumb enough to fall for more types than others who fault is that. Do not send money to people you do not know so simple. Why question emails that are clearly scams

I am in the process of reading novels written by young Nigerians with a background like mine. Helen Oyeyemi and so forth. I was wondering if anybody has conme across some other young writers. Helen just published her second novel "Opposite house" I liked the first one better though.

I live have lived in Maryland for half of my life and travelled most of America. I do not the ignorance I have to deal with all the time. Have people always met Nigerians and they were all frauds. I have met many people that have travlled out of America are knowledgeable but I can not generalize because some Americans come off as oblivous to other cultures. I really hate people writing us off I am a proud Nigerian and I am not a fraud I can not continue to suffer because of sevaral bad apples. When I have kids I plan to raise them never to make assumptions without first hand experinces. I was wondering what you all thought and any Nigerians out there from anywhere are free to express how they feel as well.

For me I like Lagos I love shopping. I like to go to lagos Island to try and get deals on good material for agbadas or my urhrobo shirts. I have not traveled enough around Everytime I go I mainly visit Lagos and my home state. The last time I went to the North it was nice i wish I had more time there. I also like the sand castles that are on the side iof the highways they are really nice. Other than that since I did not get to group there never had a chance to see much of the country. So Wanted to learn more from fellow Nigerians and others who have visited or lived there. Give me a few things to look up when I visit again. The only states I have been to are Lagos, Delta, Edo, Abuja( capital,),Kaduna, that is it I hope to see more when I go again.

I like me some Ebba and egusi soup, plantain and beans and some stew, yam and stew, pepper soup, I like most of the general stuff I have eaten. I hate Popo gari and couple other things. Oh yeah major favorite Banga soup and strach.

I love my accent it is Nigerian, Turkish , American. I would not trade it. I like the British accent I have family over there but I do not think it is the best. A lot of people beg to differ though itf you can give me a reasonable answer you get the 10 pts !

No to worry I live in MD so getting would be easier than flying all the way from Nigeria there. I just want to see how many people know. I want to have my honey moon there when I get married.

I get tired of seeing same old questions. South Africa, Kenya, Egypt,Morroco, Algeria, etc. Are not the only countries in the contienet. I feel people need to stop being close minded I have been to Bulgaria nd Romanina India I even lived in Turkey. I hoep to travel more one day. I was just fed up and wandering if people are just scared to explore or what? I think from all the people that have traveled through out the contient I know it is something to see other than just South Africa and the Safari in Kenya. It is sad that this is what happens at least one day i will be part of the group of peole who has seen the key spots and the unknowns.

I love many things I love the fruit. Mangos, Pinnapple, Nigerian cherries. I love Ogbono soup with pounded yam I pound fresh and i love owo with Strach with fresh fish and perewinko. My fav. pastime is going out chilling with my family. My girlfriend and I spend long hours in bed watching African magic.
