ok so my 6.5 mo old started on baby cereal at 4.5 months went to stage 1 about 5 months he got bored with the cereal, now after he turned 6 mo he isnt intersted in purees at all, all he wants is what ever im eating, tonight i gave him alittle rice a roni and he chowed down on it, i need some advice on what otherthings table food wise hes ready for, again he isnt into purees at all ive been trying for the past 2 weeks cause i stocked upon stage 2's of all kinds and he wont eat them at all. Ive given him bits of toast small pieces of french fries rice bits of stewed carrots the gerber puffs stuff like that but i dont think hes getting meal size portions of anything just snacking and alot of breads its been a long time since this stage for me and hes so different than my daughter was

So im curious to how much weight my fellow preggo mommas have gained? I know its kind of a sensitive area, but for me its a daily struggle. Im currently preggers with my 2nd baby and only 8 weeks and already gained 9 pounds. I feel like i cant stop thinking about food this time around and that im gonna be a blimp. With my first i gained 40 and it took me forever to loose it.

Im curious how far along you are and how much youve gained so far thats all im hoping to maybe see that im not alone in my struggle already :(

ok so i found out about a week ago that im pregnant with #2, with my first pregnancy i bloated extreamly bad where at 3 months i looked about 5 or 6 months. So ive been doing research on how to lessen the bloating this time around and i read that making sure to drink alot of water will lessen the bloating, which it does seems to be helping but im curious if i can harm the baby by drinking too much water i drink about 10-12 8oz glasses a day, im always thirsty i live in california and its still pretty hot here is it possible to harm the baby by drinking too much water?

ok so i am a mom to a beautiful little girl who's almost 3.... its been some time since ive had worries of being pregnant.... my last MP started Sept. 8th and according the what ive read online i would have ovulated between 21-26 of Sept... Well my husband said he couldn't help himself and decided to let himself go in the heat of the moment on the morning of the 24th and since then ive been terrified that we may be pregnant my period should start sometime here in the next week but i cant stop thinking about the what ifs.... I bought some first response tests but i don't want to waste them they aren't cheap do you think ill get an accurate result if i take 1 in the morning

ok so, my last period started june 23rd ( a week earlier than normal ) and as of today i still havnt started again! i have taken 2 HPT and both are neg! I dont know whats going on i have been pregnant 2 times before and i dont feel pregnant but my lower abdomen does fell alittle hard right above the pelvic bone. could it be just that im alittle swollen inside like im about to start my period, again i have no symptoms of being pregnant like i did with my other two! Im waiting til friday to take another test but im so confused i thought id ask you all your opinions

OK so we went and prequalified for a home loan and our credit check went fine got the prequal letter and have already found the house we are hoping to buy, inspections will start this week..

my question is since they ran our credit for the first check we have since been getting calls and letters from a debt collector that has already dropped off our report after the 7 years, they say they know we are either refinancing or applying for a loan and are still trying to get their money back. Since it has already dropped off our report can they bring it back on and make us lose our loan or are we safe and shouldnt worry about it and move forward with the inspections anyways?

IM concerned cause they run your credit again right at the end during the underwriting process and i dont want to be out a couple grand from inspections and fees and then find out that our score dropped cause it got re added and dropped our score to where we dont qualify anymore.

my daughter just turned 1 early this past Dec and she has popped both side bottom teeth and i think she may be popping a molar now as well. Now shes had a runny nose for about 3 weeks now that i just attributed to her teething and now shes getting a rash on one cheek about the cheek bone area and the runny nose has now seemed to get her all congested and shes having really wet coughs. I have tried ailttle dimetapp to help the congestion and doesnt seem to help plus i have a vaporizer going 24/7 in her room where she spends alot of time during the day playing and watching cartoons...

im wondering if i should make an appt with her doc about the cough or if its something thats typical do to the excess fluid that dripping from her nose, the fluid is clear but its constantly dripping

Is it wrong of me to get mad at people for combining her birthday and xmas presents together in one gift?

i feel its very wrong and inconsiderate. She deserves 2 special days not only 1!

I have an older sister whos birthday is on the 15th of dec. and it happend alot to her growing up and i saw how disappointed it made her feel, she said that growing up she felt like no one was thinking of her on xmas because most everyone said that the gift she got was for both!

im even considering having a bday party a few months early so that this doesnt become an issue with me and everyone else, everyone that ive said something to has said that its the thought that matters and i couldnt agree more but shes a child and she deserves to be thought of on both days!

please tell me what you think

my baby girl just started walking today shes 8.5 months im in total shock that shes so advanced and shes so young, but would you consider her a toddler now or infant or baby? Im so proud of her i think its so fasinating, when did your children start walking and running around?

my daughter is a week shy of turning 7months and is doing her version of crawling lol but recently she has started pulling herself up and standing next to furniture and shes a brave one she lets go and falls my husband says i should let her fall but she seems to fall like lead weight i dont know if i should attempt to catch her or what. I feel bad letting her fall and hurt herself should i not if i can help it or is that the only way she is going to learn?

Also how long after your baby pulled self up did they start walking? She loves walking around the house holding our hands and has been doing this since before she could crawl.

According to the tool after everything is paid for the month we will have 24% of our monthly income left over. which is about 550 dollars. I am curious if you think that im being selfish or if maybe that isnt enough of left over money at the end of the month? In my budget i included food, gas, credit cards, rent, utilities, household items ect.. so that 24% is really extra money. My husband is freaking out and i think hes overreacting, please let me know what you think and if there are guidelines you should follow when setting up a budget

ok there is this thing in the stores that is kinda like a harness that you strap on your baby and it has handles (so that when you have a baby like mine that wants to practice walking constantly 24-7 ) on it so you keep your back straight and not doubled over

ok so my almost 6 month old baby has started rolling over from back to tummy tonight and i am worried about her sleeping on her tummy now that she knows how to roll over. is there a way to keep her on her back or should or do i just do nothing and let her sleep how ever she does!!

im scared to death of suffocation i already removed everything from her crib besides the sheet and a receiving blanket she doesnt even have bumpers on anymore!

In late May of this year my husband and i want to fly to vegas with our infant daughter. We were pricing tickets earlier and it asked about lap baby or seats for the baby! If you chose lap would we only be paying for the 2 adults or is she still considered as a ticket!

If youve traveled on an airplane with an infant what woiuld you suggest to take abord the plane for a 2 hour flight! Are you allowed formula or baby food on board? How did you change diapers and expose of them after?

My 6 week old baby girl wants to eat every 2-3 hours still. She eats anywhere from 2-6 ounces of formula everytime we start with 4 and if shes still hungry we give her 2 more.

She does have a long sleep pattern at night where she will go about5-6 hours without waking to feed (which i might add is nice)

My question is when do the feedings go longer in between? And she was born at 8.3 and is now just over 10 pounds is this to much to gain in such a young baby so fast? At what rate did your infant gain weight?

I am closing in on 40 weeks and am being induced this weekend i was just curious as to what kind of advice another woman who has been induced can give me on what to expect. I havnt started dialating yet so they are going to use the cream to start my cervix to ripen and then start adminstering pitocin. Any advice would be appreciated

I will be 39 weeks tomarrow and all day today i have been having menstrual like cramping (man i didnt miss that) and tightening but im confused on wether this might be the start of labor cause it hasnt been coming regular or getting much stronger. They were coming even when i changed positions and hanged what i was doing earlier today so i was thinking i might be but they have since stopped! Im just curious as to what you other women think and should i be thinking that tomarrow might be the day?
