  • Would you remarry at 50 if divorced or widowed?

    A bunch of friends got together and the question came up. Would you get married again if you got divorced or your husband/wife passed away?

    Some people replied they didn't know, but most said absolutely!!!

    I replied with a resounding NO! They thought it was extremely odd and commented that they thought I had a great marriage. I have a wonderful marriage and a great husband, so why is it so wrong that I wouldn't want to get married again? And why on earth would they think that my marriage was bad? Just because I didn't want to get married again?

    So my question is, Would any of you get remarried? Or does it all depends on if you met someone special? Or does it have to do with not wanting to grow old alone?

  • Why are questions being constantly cut off?

    I don't know what it is lately, but it seems that about 60% of the questions being asked get cut off right in the middle.

    I think it's happening sometime after the question is being asked, because there are maybe 1 or 2 answers for that question, then everyone else after that is yelling at the person for cutting off their question.

    Is this a glitch with Yahoo Answers? Or are there that many people not finishing their question, or going back to delete half the post?

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • Y!Answers Points don't match emails received?

    Ok, I finally have a question to ask. My first one. Hehehe

    I logged into my email this morning and saw 8 emails sent anywhere from 2:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m. stating “Your answer has been chosen best answer”.

    There are also 4 emails from today sent from 2:00 am to 7:00 am, stating “Your answer has been chosen best answer”.

    When I clicked to go to answers, the little box on the left says congrats you’ve earned 12 points.

    I’m assuming you get 2 points for logging in and 10 for best answer.

    My question is, according to the emails I’ve received, shouldn’t it be 120 points for best answer?

    I’ve actually never noticed that box before, and never really cared about the point thing, I just wasn’t sure how the points worked and if there was a limit to how many points a day you can receive?

    Do I actually have to click and open each one of these in order to receive the 10 points?

    Any Ideas?
