Any news or idea if there's going to be any sort of carnival opening this Christmas?
It's almost December and I haven't seen any carnivals open yet except for the one near Quezon City circle which does not even seem to be open yet. Anyone know what happened to Global Carnival? Boom na Boom? and the like? Or would you know if there's anything else around Manila?

I'll be visiting the country in June and saw that June 18-19 was the Dragonboat festival, will shops and malls be open during these dates?
