My 3 month old son was murdered 13 years ago by his mother, my ex wife. To this day, I still get emotional at times, especially on his birthday and around the time it happened. Is this normal? Shouldn't I be over this by now? I mean I understand the anniversary times, but even in regular periods, it can still happen.

I have been married for over 10 years. Things have gotten steadily worse. She says that every time we fight it is because of something i did. Today, she pushed me down on the couch.
