Why do so many people fail to save any money for their future?
America's saving rate fell into the negative for the first time (meaning not only are most Americans not saving, they are going into debt.) While it's true many things cost more, the need for saving for education and retirement stays with us. What's the problem with understanding that heavy debt and no savings will lead people into trouble later on in life? What are people thinking...if at all?
