  • Anyone with PCOS tried Vitaline?

How much did you lose over how long? and per week?

How much did you need to lose when you joined?

If you had very irregular periods (1/2 times a year), did it rectify this and did you begin to ovulate and then get pregnant?

    Thanks Gem x

  • Has anyone tried the Weight Loss Resources plan?

If you have then you will know it is calorie based, the calories they have advised me to have are quite high (1650ish to lose 1lb a week) and this worries me.

Has anyone lost weight on this plan?

    Thanks xx

  • Do you like this boy's name?

    Hi,

We are trying to concieve and have been for 2 and a half years now. We know what names we want but are a little worried about the boys one, we don't want it to be an invitation to bullies, although we know bullies will pick on you if they are going to no matter what your name is.

    What do you think?....

His name would be Tudor......(named after my late Grandfather)

    Thanks x

  • Help with regulating periods?

Has anyone had any luck with regulating periods through supplements/diet/herbs?, so far the conventional meds I have been given have not worked.

I have PCOS, am overweight (am trying to lose weight), have tried Clomid, Metformin, ovarian drilling and also Agnus Castus. Have also tried reflexology.

I only have a period 1-2 times a year. We have been ttc for just over 2 years.

  • Has anyone tried Lighter Life?

Hi, i am thinking of joining, i would like to lose 4-4.5 stone, I am 4'11" and weigh 182lbs/13st i would like to be 119-126lbs/8.5-9st, so thats a loss of 63-56lbs. I have read you can expect to lose on average 1st a month.

I am concerned about getting loose skin because of the rapid weight loss, has anyone any experience with this? (Lighter Life, excess skin, ways to prevent it, etc).

Not sure if this is relevant but i have PCOS.

    Thanks x

  • TTC without periods?

We are currently ttc and my gynae has put me on Clomid and metformin, although neither are inducing ovulation.

On my first few cycles he prescribed Provera to give me a "fake" period and to take Clomid cd2-6, these last few cycles he has not given me Provera and said take Clomid cd1-5, he said that i do not need to have Provera to make me bleed to start a cycle and that the Clomid has as much chance of making me ovulate without a bleed as it does with one, make sense?.

    Has anyone experienced anything similar?

    Thanks xx
