I have been working 32 years in the real estate business in Central Florida. Even in this market I am still very busy, but my income has been reduced by the fact that all home prices are so low. Many people that I know, have given up on their "one job - one paycheck" attitude. When times get tough, success minded people look for additional ways to earn money.
