A friend of mine is reading a book set in Africa and she is confused as to what these abbreviations mean. They are titles like Madam or Sir. Does anyone have any idea what they mean, or where I could search to find out?

I think it's true. It's much easier to love someone than it is to break down your guard and allow them to love you.

Like there's a plan for everyone? For example, if it seems you are always pulled toward one person even when you try to forget it and move on?

It can be sexual or not sexual......

Not just men, but women too. Why is it that the chase is so much better than when you finally have someone?

I'm really struggling with moving on. I am in therapy, individual, and group. I also take medication, but I'm still having a hard time. How do you or did you get past the feelings of being inferior and unloveable? It's been 2 years, and I have come a long way. I guess my biggest problem is that I met someone, and fell in love. I really messed things up because I couldn't trust his love for me, and I pushed him away. He is the first man since this happened that I am not scared of physically. We are going to try being friends and see what happens, but I'm not sure how that will work.

My little sisters house burned, and so I let her and her daughter stay with me. Was planning to help her get back on her feet. Well, I came home and she was high on meth, and I realized she'd stolen some of my jewelry, including a $5000 engagement ring given to me by my deceased husband. She is in jail now, and I have her daughter. My dad wants me to forgive her and drop the charges. I think she should have to suffer the consequences. What do you think?
