Imagine if somebody ALWAYS told the truth.

50% of the time, He will tell the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth.

The other 50% of the time, He will tell the Truth, only half the Truth and nothing but the Truth.

So my question simply is, would you call this man a liar?

You can play around with reasons why he might only tell half the truth as much as you want, the only requirement is that when you reach an answer, you explain under which circumstances it is valid or which assumptions you've made.

When I watch videos on my web browser, eg from Youtube, do they cost me as much usage data as they do if I downloaded them to my computer?

Which is better, watch on browser ( maybe repeatedly ) or download, and how much better is it?

I had a saved copy of GTA on my pc, copied the user file folder to a usb but when I re-insert it after having formatted my Hard drive, it wil not acknowledge the saved copy even though I put it in the same folder.

Hey guys, one of the most unluckiest thing has happened to me.

So I was playing my very successful half completed game, when suddenly my father asks me to move rooms with the PS2, so while my game was still saving for some reason, I hit the PS2's restart button, when I try to load my game now, it tells me that my game alias is corrupted!

What do I do???

I also need soem wealthy neofriends or people that know a lot about it!

I'm 13 and a beginner in Neopets!

Please tell me also about other stuff that I will need to survive in there!

First of all, please don't answer this question in a mean manner. Don't try to be a smart as either! I'm 14 so please have some pity!

Here's what I gotta say:

Look, we all love the new action bar, it looks smarter, is smarter and most of all compact!

We also love the fact that now we can give thumbs up to both answers and questions at any given time. Notice that this might help the asker in picking the best answer.

But taking points away when we rate questions or answer is just unfair.

But not as unfair as taking points away from having thumbs-up. I mean, you gotta have a really good question or answer to get a thumb-up ( especially since most people don't like giving points to people and receiving nothing in return), so this means that if someone ever gives you a thumb-up... you must really have affected his system!

Who here agrees that points for thumbs up shpould be put back into action!?

Every time I rate or vote for answers, my vote goes through but I don't receive my points. Now, my friend came to my house today and I showed him yahoo answers, when I showed him how to vote and rate on my same computer, using the same internet version, he got his points.

Is Yahoo against me? I'm starting to get p*ssed off!

It's not that I want to be rude and start complaining about our new and better Yahoo! Answers network but since it came back, When I vote or rate answers, then I press 'Show me another' after a few times, it shows me the same question again and that really pisses me off 'cause I have to go to another category to continue!

When I had just started Yahoo answers, I had the same problem but I somehow solved it but I don't know How???

Suppose that someone ask/answers a question that is not only annoying but in a way offensive to you, and of course you report them, but you still don't feel happy, you wanna express your true feelings and you contact them through yahoo A/Q and in your mail you tell them your feelings using aggressive and rude words and adult content and that sort of stuff, COULD YOU GET REPORTED FOR THAT MAIL even if it was a kind of private conversation??????

I saw a lot of profiles about people with cool surnames and young avatars, but when I read about them they were either married, over 25 yrs and even 40+, even thought their avatars looked like 15 yrs! I think my avatar fits me 'cause I'm fourteen and I think people that are too old for these avatars should put cool pictures of themselves instead!!!
