Why do messages automatically go to the phone memory, can it be set to fall into a folder on the memory card instead? It is infuriating to have to delete important messages then ask people to remind you what they said again. There must be another way, surely?

OK this girl I like was passing me on the stairs in a bar and we dont know each other and have never spoken. I just said `Hey I like you` and she said `I like you as well`. That was last week.

She was in the bar again yesterday with her friends and she wouldn`t make any eye contact or acknowledge my existence at all, what is going on?

OK I got sacked as well, but we both took our cases to court. The problem is he was ringing me up and laughing at me saying my case was rubbish and he would get ten times more than any settlement I got in court.

This man was so cocky and arrogant, ridiculing my settlement which by all standards was very good.

Anyway, it came to his turn in court and he LOST everything, he didnt even get his costs.

I went to every day of his hearing and he was boasting throughout the 7 days that he was going to win £250,000 plus his costs plus reinstatement.

Anyway when it came to the verdict he lost on all counts, what a sad man.

So, should I ring him up and laugh my head off or should I be a gentleman and just leave it?

The thing is Im not a bad person but the things he was saying to me before his hearing really made me angry, and I want to laugh now that he has been proved wrong & embarrassed and humiliated. What should I do folks?

They say I went through a red light and want to prosecute. Somebody told me if I fill in the form that means I acknowledged receipt of the letter. Should I just ignore it and see if they write again? It was ordinary post and millions of letters get lost every year, I didnt sign for anything, so should I wait until they write again?

This was at 13.25 in the afternoon and I was said to be going 29 mph. I dont believe it and I dont remember the incident, I would not do such a thing. I have been driving for 25 years and NEVER had any points on my licence nor committed any kind of offence.

But they say they have the evidence so I have to believe them right? Can I ask for the evidence before going to court?

Its just that I have the `choice` of paying the fine and getting the points or going to court and risking more points and a bigger fine. Is it worth going to court? I honestly do not remember doing this and I am horrified at the allegation but they must have evidence, or is this a standard letter.

Is there any way out of this without getting a fine or points on my licence?

It starts really slow and something like `yo quero encontrar una flor, tu me diste....` or something like that. Then it livens up and gets really interesting. Ive looked everyewhere and cant find it. Help someone, 10 pts is waiting for the first right answer.

I put a new battery in a couple of months ago and she started fine, strong turnover when starting. However, after a couple of months, the initial start seems to be getting weaker and weaker, so much so that I fear it will not start next time.

It cant be the battery because when its been running for a couple of minutes and turned off it starts again no problem. When its left overnight it seems to be a problem in the morning. I have all the anti-freeze etc for cold weather so why does she have this problem.

It cant be the alternator because it charges up fine when running.

The problem is starting after a long period of inactivity i.e. overnight. As I said, when it turns over it catches quickly, no problem, but the intial surge from the battery seems to be getting weaker and weaker.

Help anyone.....

In my work I feel my Human Rights have clearly been breached on the grounds of Article 10 Freedom of Expression and Article 6 also. However, is this a criminal offence to deny me these rights or is it a civil offence.

You see if it is a criminal offence then I can ask the Police to intervene, but if its just a civil offence then all I can do is wait until I get fired then take the company to court.

Obviously I'd rather not lose my job in the first place.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
