There are two potential candidates. One girl has been out of college for a couple of years and has a degree in mass communication. The other girl just graduated high school. At first I thought I would just hire the college grad right off.. then I started thinking.. How much skill does someone need to answer phone calls and make appointments for me.. The college grad lady came to the interview in a suit and the recent high school graduate girl came in wearing a tank top and a mini skirt. The younger girl has no work experience but what a member of her high school cheer team for 4 years till she graduated. I'm thinking of hiring her. For the second interview with her I'm going to test to see how bad she needs the job. How do I go about getting her to perform a little bit so I can see her rock hard body in action? Any Ideas?
