As of now I only see one party that's for smaller government and that's the Libertarian party. The GOP claim they are for smaller government, but yet want to expand the military even more and have government intervention into people's personal lives. That doesn't sound like smaller government to me. Only the Libertarians promote freedom to do whatever you like within the constitution.

There are only like 3 people in the Black Panther Party, and nobody listens to them except for the conservatives. I don't understand why they give them so much press, they are nobodies.

They are a sovereign nation and can defend themselves. If they want to attack Iran why don't they just go ahead and do it instead of waiting on the United States to go with them. Fight your own battles like men, and if other countries get involved then the US can step in, other than that man up Israel.

Why should I have to pay for something that's not going to be as good as the current seniors have. That isn't fair, they should let those who don't like the plan have the ability to opt out of paying the Medicare taxes and be responsible for their own healthcare when they're seniors.

This year I will be voting Democrat because I am a poor graduate student who doesn't mind the government helping out with student loans. When I am a professional making over 250K, I will be voting GOP due to the tax breaks they give to the upper income earners. I'm not voting based on ideology but based on what can help me at the present time. Do most people vote that way?

Me and my wife have had no problems with our marriage due to states like Mass and Maryland allowing gay marriage. I really don't care honestly, but I always hear some say that gay marriage will destroy marriage. For those that say it does, how does it?

Nobody watches the mainstream media, everyone watches ESPN or reality shows. Stop complaining, geez.

What happened to personal responsibility? If you don't have a job, it's your fault. Blame yourself and go get an education.

I would rather the tax dollars go to the bridges and roads I drive on, not ones in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Israel, etc. Why are we feeding their country but trying to roll back support for the poor in our country. Why don't we cut foreign aid first before cutting off poor Americans.

Give the rich the lowest tax rates and the poor the highest tax rates. That should work according to the trickle down economic theory right?

That is socialized medicine, they should be campaigning to repeal Medicare and Medicaid but I don't hear it. Do they truly support a free market healthcare system?

Didn't Herman Cain say the reason why you don't have a job, it's your own fault (I've added a link from hotair.com for proof)? All of my colleagues and friends have had no problems finding employment in the areas they wanted to live in. The one thing that my colleagues and I have in common, is that we are all highly educated. Instead of making excuses and blaming the president for not having a job, we did what Herman Cain said and worked our butts to open up numerous opportunities. The only person you need to blame if you're unemployed is yourself. That's the true American way.

Chill lady, you're rich. She's always angry every time she's on television, I mean you can't be that upset all the time. Is it just an act?

I always hear these plans about balancing the budget in 10 years, 6 years (on the extreme side), etc. Why can't we balance the budget on a day by day, month by month basis. It would require a lot of sacrifice and maybe shock the market, but the market is going to crash anyways if we keep spending. Might as well take the hit early.

We have Obama who will say anything to get elected, and we will have Romney who will say anything to get elected. Obama has Obamacare, Romney has Romneycare. Both didn't have great economic records while executives in government, and foreign policy will probably a mute point. What will they be debating? Whether the White Sox are better than the Red Sox?

That's definitely a mandate, and way more socialized than the ACA. I don't hear the GOP clamoring for that to be ruled unconstitutional. Seems a bit hypocritical.

That's exactly what Medicare is, socialized healthcare. How can you be for that and not for a socialized healthcare system. A true capitalist system would not have this program at all.

If Israel wants to start a war with Iran, let them do it. We shouldn't get into just because Israel decided to engage in a conflict. They are a sovereign country and can do whatever they want. If they lose, well then that's their problem not ours.

Or will it just be the minorities for the Birthers to be satisfied?
