The CD is actually in my deceased great-grandmothers name and my great aunt is the administrator of the account and has been the one handling it and cashing in on the interest. Would my great aunt be responsible for filing this on HER taxes even though the account is in someone else's name?

Here it is in a nutshell, me and my gf have been together coming up on a year, but have known each other for 2 yrs as we work together. We have lived together for 8 months and she is the one for me, We had talked many times of marriage and she always said yes. Well since I was young I always drank and that was a problem that rubbed off on the relationship in a bad way, We had a fight and I vowed then to stop drinking, not for just us, but for me, over 1 month later and dont even want to drink. Well after that fight we had a bad weekend, nothing major just alot happened and she wanted me out, I decided that I wanted her in my life forever and proposed (I know not ideal timing). She was confused and has said that she needs time to figure herself out. She has a child from another person and I find that she is looking at houses where he lives, but the day before she looked she spent with me kissing me and telling me she loved me. What do I do? Wait? She is not up to talking now.

We had some rough weeks, but I feel that she is perfect for me, she had already answered yes in the past. I know that I did not ask at the right time (when I was moving stuff out) but I felt that I had to, we spent the next day talking and the day after together like a new couple. I never did hear an answer, all she said was that she wanted some time alone to work on her then we could work out things together. Then the following day she is looking online for a house where her Ex lives (she has a child by him). He is worthless IMO and she has always felt the same but she loves her child more than anything and I know that she wants her child to spend time with his father so I am afraid she is making a bad mistake, she cut off communication aside from one call to check on me yesterday, what do I do? I love her more than anything, this is a much more complicated issue than I can type in here but know that she was madly in love with me till the weeks that we fought, and they were petty.

Tried clearing cache, using alternate browser still get same error, tried on another PC and same error.
