I'm trying to figure out visits per month for a few websites, but not my website.

Alexa provides everything except visits per month; does anyone know of a service for free that will give me visitor site numbers for other company's websites?

Cleveland gets all of them wrong, and Donna starts getting very angry. This episode was on last night, Wednesday April 30.

I read the Kickstarter guidelines, but I can't tell if it is appropriate for a not-for-profit inner city youth basketball project. Anyone have any insight into funding projects like this? Or, similar fund raising sites that would be good for not-for-profits like this?

My Google Inbox shows times three hours prior to when they were received. I am in New York, so I updated Google Calendar to Eastern Daylight Time Zone, but that didn't work. Next, I tried to update my Windows settings to EDT, after discovering that it was set to Pacific Time Zone. When I changed it to EDT, my computer's clock jumped ahead three hours.

Anyone know how to fix this? Very frustrated.

After travel in The Philippines, I have made some wonderful friends. One of my friends asked me if I would be the godfather to his newborn, and I said yes. Very honored, and excited, and I'm visiting them again in March. Question: I thought that a gift to the child in the form of a savings bond would be a good idea. Would this be proper? If not, then what would be a good godfather gift be?

Also, bearing in mind that I am a half world away, being in the U.S., what is expected of me as a godfather?

Friend is coming to Penn Station NYC on the Babylon Line on Friday. If she rides in the first car of the train, where will she wind up? On the 8th Ave or 7th Ave side? Is there a good landmark/area in the station that will be easy for an out-of-towner to spot, as soon as stepping off the train?

In March 2009, I was promoted to manager, after being in the company 10 years and switching careers by moving from one department to another. While this sounds good to most, I was actually concerned. I wasn't given a job description, nor was I given job goals to guide me in my new role. I asked three different managers above me for guidance, but they all refused, including my direct managers.

In early 2010, I received a performance evaluation, in which I included my future goals, personal development priorities, and ideas on how to improve the department that I manage. One of the two managers in the review told me I should leave the company, in response to my personal development goals. In all my time at this company, I have received impeccable annual reviews, with acknowledgments of contribution and support of department goals.

I did not receive an evaluation this year, nor was I given the opportunity to discuss my salary or commission rate. I was given the lowest annual increase I've ever received at any job, with the explanation from my boss that "the company consultant said that you are at the top of your salary range". Since I've only be in this role for two years, I am very suspicious of that explanation. I was given a numerical evaluation rating that is mid range, not good, but not bad, stating that I fulfilled all my job goals, but since I was never given job goals, I can't figure out how management came up with that.

I am a sales manager for a publishing company, supporting sales ops and digital development for three portfolios valued at around $15 million total. I am concerned that I might be experiencing age discrimination (45 years old), but I'm not too sure. This is a such a unique situation for me, so I don't know what to think.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas on what might be going on here?

Jetblue won't let me access its site on my home computer, although I can do it on other computers. I can't access Yahoo on my cel. Facebook will not allow me to sign out on my home computer unless I do it on my cel. Will removing the apps solve this problem? Does anyone know how to remove the apps?

I currently use the Windows slideshow software that came with my computer, and it is terrible. Can anyone recommend a very simple to use, intuitive program? Free or paying is fine.

This keeps popping up, requesting permission to download. I have searched this on the net and I can't figure out if it is a virus or a legitimate software upgrade from MS. If it is a legit program, what does it do? If it is a virus, how do I stop the message from popping up? My popup blocker is active.

I have been researching several sites: Filemail.com; Emailargefile.com; . . . but I can't tell which service is the most reliable or trustworthy. I do not have a website and want to send large files (4MB+) of maybe 5 or 10 pictures, per month, without file compression.

Has anyone used a large file email service, and can you recommend one? Please let me know how satisfied you were with the service.

Is it possible to use Lightroom to blur out a person's face? If so, can someone tell me the steps to do so? I am brand new at using photo manipulation software, and would appreciate someone explaining it to me in babytalk.

I am an inexperienced photographer teaching myself photography. I will be shooting in a club with low lighting, poorly provided by spotlights with different color gels. There will be lots of movement/action from the subjects.

I am using a Nikon F3 HP, with the f-stop on 2.8, shutter speed on 60, and I will push the ASA double. I am not using a monopod. Nikkor 50 mm lens with an indoor filter is being used.
