    I just finished my studies in Pet Grooming through Penn Foster and I am doing the hands on studies. As soon as I have finished about twenty dogs (to obtain experience) I want to start our business. I was wondering if it was legal to do this type of business from our home and if there was anywhere I could find the laws governing zoning.
