Is it legal for a company to continue to use your image in ads even though you no longer work there?
I have been in the industry for 19 years in this town and my previous employer is representing that I still manage their department on their tv ads even though I have not been employed there for the last month and a half. The commercials showing my face as manager run constantly every day and I am not being compensated in any way for the use of my image.
