i just recently dyed my hair a bright burgandy red color with semi permanent dye and my bangs are a white blonde color. i was very careful in sectioning out the white so the red wouldnt get on it but once i rinsed the color out it bled onto the white, making it pink. i just bleached the pink out but i know the next few times i wash my hair the color is going to bleed a little bit and stain my bangs pink if im not careful. anyone having any tips to stop this from happening?

my boyfriend and I are thinking about moving from san diego to las vegas and Ive heard they dont charge income tax there? I make about 800 (gross) a pay check in san diego and they deduct about $100-$150 for income tax. Can anyone tell me approximately what my paychecks would look like in nevada if i made $10 an hour?
