4 AnswersPsychology1 decade agoWhy does my foot hurt?
The top of my foot is in terrribel pain, has been for about a week. It felt like a pulled muscle for about 3 days, then it went away. Now all of the sudden it is back worse than ever, only when I put pressure on it, even just setting it on the floor hurts. There are no visible signs of trama, and I don't remember doing anything to cause abnormal strain. I am not overweight and in reasonably good shape, have never had foot problems before. Any ideas?

1 AnswerLaw & Ethics1 decade agoI had an incident with my daughters teacher...?
We were on a class field trip when she yelled at me in front of other parents and students. The other parents are on my side, the school/school board will do nothing, and they won't allow the other parents to have a say in what happened. What are my options? Do I try to fight this the correct way, by going through the Dept of Elem and Seconday Edu.? Or do I just find her some where and kick her ***?

8 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoAnother legal question, if you can't be serious don't even answer?
A community has enacted a law that everyone must recycle. All recyclables are put out in boxes marked "Property of the City of so-and-so". The city then sells the recyclables for city budget money. A homeless guy digs out cans and gets arrested for theft of city property. What is his best defense? I said that he was illiterate and couldn't read the writing on the boxes. My teacher didn't agree and said to try again. This is for a paralegal class.
16 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoHello my Yahoo family, I have a legal question, can anyone help?
I am taking paralegal classes, one of my questions is if the police have a search warrent for a suspects hard drive, sould he be compelled (made to) qive them the key (password) to unlock the information. Do not take into consideration that they will eventually get it anyway. My answer was no he does not have to give it up. I based that on reasoning that if he did that it would be self incriminating, and I think that you don't have to do anything that is self criminating. The rest of the class disagrees with me, and the teacher hasn't weighed in yet. Thanks in advance!
