I am using Emeril Lagasse's recipe. the one with roasted garlic and herbs. but it doesn't say if i can marinate it ahead of time. because i am making it for thanksgiving and my dad wants me to do every prep ahead at least a day.

Some recipes tell you to add liquids to the bottom of the roasting pan. What does that do? And doesn't that make your crust soggier because of the steam?

Ok so recently i needed a lot of water because I'm in cross country. I always have the urge to drink minute maid whenever I had it because it taste better than plain ole water. So I tried this: Get like one cup of water or water, drink it and than drink the minute maid or whatever you want. 1.You will get the happiness of drinking your soda 2. Get enough water 3. Well this year would probably be the worst year of my life. i lost my best friend of 7 years. my friends are all changing high school next year. I play usually play games to make me happy because my family doesn't help because all they can do is make fun of me. and now my friends online are being jerks and now i have nothing to do, nothing to keep me busy, i've tried hobbies but none suit me. and i like this girl but she is taken and everytime i see her, it breaks me down a little by little. now i'm like a guy that is physically there but mentally my mind is empty. help? please anything. should i worry that i'm sorta getting depressed even more by every second. help?
