Just filed chapter 7 in November (still hasn't been discharged), but we have fallen behind 4 months of mortgage due to medical issues. We are in a good place now and can continue making our mortgage payment on time, but can't recoup lost payments in short time frame like lender wants. We want to keep our house. Do you think this is a good option / and typically how much does it cost?

I'm really in need of some sound advice for my parents. In April '09, our lender granted us a wonderful loan modification. We continued to make payments without any problems until Nov '10 when my Dad became very sick and was in the hosptial for surgery. As a result, my parents fell behind 3 months in payments. When we contacted our lender, they promised us they would help. But after 3 unsuccessful attempts to move payments to end of loan, they informed us we would have to bankrupt our debt first, then they would help. We just recently did so in Nov '11, but when we contacted our lender, they informed us that program had been cancled and they couldn't help us. Today we received some kind of court order to remove the stay motion, and after researching online I understand that gives them the right to pursue the debt. My question is are they going to immediately come after us and foreclose, or will they give us a chance to pay up the debt/payment options? My parents really want to keep the house... they live in CA. Any advice would be much appreciated!!! God Bless you!

Symptoms - constantly watering eye, clear whitish liquid coming out of corner of eye, swollen eye, stuffy nose

Background - have had this condition off and on my whole life, only happens in one eye at a time, always starts in winter time

Treatment - I have seen 2 eye drs, had an eye flush, weeks of antibiotics, neti-pot, querciten & nettles, clariten - nothing works.

side note - have high blood pressure

I just received the letter in the mail today stating that "I have 10 days from the date of the letter to pay them back the difference of my loan, or else they will take further action." But I don't have the money to bankrupt right now.

The bank is repossessing my car because I can't afford the payments. But currently I have an outstanding vehicle registration notice from the DMV. Should I just ignore it and let the bank deal with it? Or am I responsible to file PNO? I really can't afford to right now, but I don't want to get in trouble with the DMV. Help!

My doctor told me I really need to exercise more for my health (as all doctors do), but I'm having a really hard time finding a way to fit it into my schedule. I try to wake up earlier, but I end up feeling so exhausted, that I can't get out of bed. Then when I get off work, I also feel too worn out, and have a lot of errands to run. Any suggestions?

Just had a full blood panel done. My result is as stated above. I have most of the symptoms related to hypothyroidism, and I also have a problem with cysts developing on my thyroid gland. But my DR says I am withing normal range, and I don't need any medication. I just always feel so tired and lethargic, no matter how much I sleep. What's your opinion?

My mom and I always enjoy traveling to Las Vegas once a year in August. We usually stay at the Mandalay Bay, however we have been ver disapointed with the service our last couple of stays. We also have stayed at the Golden Nugget (but it's kind of far from the new part of the strip). What we are looking for are the following qualities: On the Strip (very accessible), Affordable, Clean (*important*), 2 sinks in bathroom, Quietness

I've been expieriencing some very peculiar symtoms lately. I have been extremely thirsty, which is resulting in frequent restroom trips, also my appetite has increased substancially. I feel depressed when there is no reason to. I've been having a lot of canker (not cold) sores. I've been dreaming vividly, regarding odd things. I've been tired and sluggish. I feel confused and mentally blocked at weird times. Any suggestions? Im going to the doctor on wednesday

Property owner was my Grandma. Lien holder is Wells Fargo. Grandma quit-claimed deed over to relative prior to passing away last year. Home now in default. Bank hasn't foreclosed yet. HOA placed property lien for charges. Who is responsible? (relative or grandma) When taxed come due, who will have to pay? State of CA

I'm so frustrated! Used to be on proactiv for 4 1/2 years. Then stopped and used Juice Beauty / Bare Minerals. Worked great for 3 months. Then summer hit, and face broke out like crazy. Stopped bare minerals, went onto MAC (big mistake). Quit MAC, started Revlon, Neutrogena Stress wash/gel. Been on that for about 2 1/2 weeks. My face is sort of improving, but unfortunetly there are still little pimples popping up here and there which only prolongs the healing process. I am concerned about the long term affects of proactiv and I have been successfully off of it since may. Should I just keep waiting? Or am I wasting my time?

I have very fair, sensitive, oily, prone to breakout, large pores, stress affected skin. Over the years, I have tried so many different types of makeup from Maybelline, MAC, Lorac, and now currently Bare Minerals. I still breakout! I have used Proactiv (too drying), currenly using Juice Beauty (love it) and Bare Minerals Skin Rever-Upper. Any suggestions? The little bums are so irritating, and yet I want to have makeup on that is good for my skin. Please Help!

I have very fair, oily, large pores, senstitive skin. I have tried so many different makeups. The only one that seems to last all day and still look good is MAC. I know there are many different opinions out there in regards to the ingredients. But I have done my research. Nothing in MAC should cause any different problems that any other makeup would. Someone suggested that the tech was better for me than the fix. I need opions. I tried it this morning, but it is difficult to get the knack. Should I use a powder over it?

Long story short. Im in love with this guy. We have known each other for around 5 years. We have been torn apart and reunited through circumstances. We have never done anything for holidays or birthdays. But I think we are growing closer. I emailed him the other day and wished him Happy Birthday. It touched him, and I think it showed that I care. He doesn't really like to celebrate birthdays or holidays (he is ENTP for all you personality peeps, and he is 15 years older than me). I already bought this really nice simple card (which all of my coworkers love and are pushing me to give). Should I give it to him when I see him tomorrow? or should I just leave it at the email. I don't want to overshadow the thought with some cheesy gesture. I know that I am probably one of the only people who remembered his Birthday and I know he wasn't expecting that. What should I do?

I have just been recently diagnosed with PMDD. I contain all the symptoms related to it. For years, I couldn't understand why the entire month is an emotional rollercoaster leading up to the finale (my period). Knowing there is a condition helps a bit. If I go to my doctor, I'm afraid all they will suggest is a drug, which I do not want to try. I'm concerned about the affects of hormone regulators and such. I really want to try to control my symptoms naturally, with organic things. Does anyone have any suggestions for the following symptoms? Bloating, sever cramping, constipation, major headaches, severe depression, mood swings, confusion and lack of concentration, memory disturbances, unusual dream patterns, and outburst of anger. (I know sounds pretty disfunctional when you lay it all out. Please only serious answers)

I have been in love with an older man for almost 5 years. I am 22, and he just turned 37. I know and have finally realized he will never have the same type of feelings for me. But we have such a wonderful and understanding friendship together. Is it wise for me to continue cultivating that, or will my feelings ultimately cloud everything? When we are together, it is like the world doesn't exist and we could talk for hours upon hours about the most intellectual things. I want him in my life, even if it is just friends. Help!

I have had a sharp tingling pain (more like irritation) in my lower left gum for approx 6 months. 1 month ago I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. During the first 2 weeks of healing from surgery, I didn't feel the pain I had before. But now about 3 1/2 weeks after the surgery, the pain started showing up again. I am at wit's end. It is driving me crazy and totally irrtating me. I have been to 6 dentist specialists, and and oral surgeon. Nobody has any idea! I have been x-rayd like crazy and all the teeth in that area are as healthy as can be. Suggestions please!!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 3 weeks. I thought they were all healed, and I wasn't feeling any pain. A couple of days ago I thought I had food stuck back there, and discovered white puss surrounding the sockets. Now that area is very sore when I talk or smile. Is it normal? Am I still in danger for infection?

Have terrible tingling throbbing pain in lower left section of mouth. My dentist says it was caused due to an impacted wisdome tooth pushing on main nerve. Just had all 4 removed 6 days ago. Pain still present, when will it disappear?

We are looking for more space and something brand new. We can only afford a new mobile home in a fairly nice park. Is it worth leaving the comfort of owning a home?
