Hey, I've heard of this thing on ED called "offended"... I stumbled on it a few months ago but I was too scared to scroll all the way down past the cat wearing a lime or something on its head :P I was wondering... without giving me the link, could anyone please describe to me in detail what the page contains? Please and thank you in advance and serious answers, please.

I'd like to find the movies "Whisper of the Heart" and "Kiki's Delivery Service" online. The only available site is Veoh.com, but I'm afraid that the web browser download will crash my computer.

So I decided to go on this website called FU Penguin today... and when I clicked on the link, the "SmartFilter" said the website was blocked. However, I don't recall EVER installing the "SmartFilter" program onto my laptop. This is driving me crazy, can anyone tell me how to delete it/where it came from?

I lost my cell phone some time in June.

I've gotten by, but it's been difficult to communicate with people, especially my parents, without having it.

I have the money to buy a laptop, adn because I'm in the IB program at school, I'll need it to stay organized.

What should I do?

I lost my iPod a couple of months ago, and I am interested in buying another one. I have about $150 in cash, gift cards, checks, etc.

Several weeks ago, half of the library on my iTunes was erased, and I haven't been able to get any of my songs back. In addition to the iPod, there are other things I want/need that cost much less in comparison.

Would buying a $150 iPod Nano be a good investment, considering my iTunes as it is?

I've been trying to lose weight for MONTHS now, but nothing's working.

I've even stopped eating lunch (currently, I'm trying not to eat anything other than a thing of yogurt for breakfast).

Just a general question, since there seems to be so much ignorance on Y!A.

So, in these little dreams I have, there's a huge aura that screams there's something crushingly important about to happen. They've been manifesting themselves exactly yet inexplicably as they are shown in my dreams. Even down to what I'm wearing. Now, high school applications are going on right now, so I'm guessing that I either get into the school of my dreams or I get rejected. Which is it?

Okay, so I told this guy that I liked him recently, and he basically said that he wasn't looking for a relationship. His exact words were "I don't really want a girlfriend right now". (I assumed that he meant what he said, because he really did seem like he meant it.) So TWO DAYS LATER I find out that he's dating one of my friends. She doesn't know I used to like him, and he doesn't know I'm friends with her. He basically lied to me, and then started dating the first girl who asked him out (she dumped her bf of three months to ask him out). So, now he's ignoring me and getting his friends to treat me like crap, and I think he also told them that I used to like him! The crazy part is, he was never this big of a complete and utter beep. We were actually good friends, and then he started ignoring me (like going out of his way). So, from a guy's perspective, what exactly is happening, and what should I do about it?

Let me give you a little background about the situation:

So, a former friend of mine (codename: Drew) and I are now... formerly friends, because of a ridiculous argument that happened over a month ago. The weekend before the fight, she got her hair dyed brown. Now, FYI, her hair is VERY blonde, so I was expecting it to be very dark. So when she comes to school, her hair is just a light brown. So I say, "Omigosh, Drew, your hair looks a lot lighter than I thought it would. It looks BLONDISH." Now, the reason "blondish" is all-capitals is that that was the word that set her off. She went on into this rampage about how I never support her decisions and that I'm never happy for her and blah blah blah. So, the whole time, I'm like, "You're getting mad at me for calling your hair blondish? Seriously?" So she says, "Well, I don't know if I want to be friends with someone who makes me feel bad." And that led to me saying, "You know what? Fine. I don't want to be your friend either." So now, she's purposely starting fights with people and ending them in about a week just to show that she is really not my friend, and she keeps repeating it over, and over, and over, and OVER. Here's an example:

Drew: (Monotone.) Sorry. I don't hit people I'm not friends with.

(Drew is asking another friend of mine, Lauren, for help on her math.)

Lauren: I don't know. Why don't you just ask her? (Meaning me.)

Drew: I told you, I'm not friends with her, Lauren.

So, yeah. She's being totally annoying, and so I leave you with this: WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

I have been singing "Do-Re-Mi", "So Long, Farewell" and "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" randomly for the past 6 or 7 weeks. How do I stop?

I have a few friends who are like "Are you kidding?! I love that show!" and they're all 13-4 years old. I was wondering if anyone had the same thing happening.

Does anyone else think that Brittany only won because the producers wanted to help boost her career?
