I own a Dodge Charger 2009 and I keep getting a film on the inside of the window.?

I own a new 2009 Dodge Charger, it only has 20,000 miles on it. However, I keep getting this brown film you can see on the inside of the window. If you run your finger over it you can see a streak and feel an oily film on your finger. Perhaps I should mention that when I first bought the car the air conditioning went out and it had to be replaced, twice. There's no smoking in my car so it's not cigarette smoke. I don't know what it is and was wondering if anyone knows what it could possibly be. I've taken it to the dealer but the mechanics can't seem to find any problems. I'm not happy with this answer because I wonder if I'm breathing in something toxic. Does anyone have this problem or know what it could be?

I don't use any chemical cleaners in the car either.

I feel like it's a lemon car. Dodge is unwilling to help. Getting frustrated. Need some advice please

For example: When I write an academic paper I write in a form that is not true to the way that I "speak" in everyday conversations...

However, if I write a friend a letter, I might "write" verbatim to what I would say if I were talking to her on the phone; Hey girl, what's up with you etc.

Is it the same for the Spanish language? Can you "write" verbatim what you say.....like you can in English?

My son is 6 yrs old and recently I found him and another boy showing each other their pee pees. Okay so I have a talk with him and I find out that they had done this before with a third boy! (Who supposedly started it)

So tonight my neighbors son, is here having a sleep over, and I catch them doing it again! I asked them questions and they said they've touched butt to butt.

All of these children are 5&6 yrs old.

I feel sick to my stomach...what's going on here?

How do I handle this? What do I say? and how do I respond?

I don't understand what this behavior means and I don't know if it's normal. I'm not comfortable with it and I've made that very clear to my son..I told him it was not normal...and I feel like crap for saying that...

but I really need advice on how to deal with this ...

I was driving in a remote area between las vegas and los angeles when I was pulled over.

The highway patrol was coming toward me on the opposite side of the road.

I was in a 55 mph passing zone and was clocked by at 88 mph.

He used a radar on the front of his car. (or so he said)

I received the ticket in the mail and almost fainted when I read the amount of the ticket is $1041.00!

Can you believe it?!

One thousand and forty one dollars!

Anyway, I absolutely do not have the money to pay for this...I feel sick just thinking about it....

Anyone have any advice??

Instead of paying for a ride that she can easily afford...she would rather get into her Fararri and drive drunk....total disregard of everyone elses life that drove on that road with her....a speeding drunk driver....a lethal weapon....why didn't she ride her motorcycle so that the potential loss of life would of been her own....
