Because i'm a Pacific Islander (from the Philippines) and i've dated white guys before and there's this guy, i like him and he's irish and he told me he likes me too but he doesn't want to go out with me because he hasn't went out with people like me before. should i just forget about him and move on to someone else?

ok theres this guy and we went out last year and then we broke up during the summer. and now were lyk crushing on each other and my friend asked him if we were going out and he said "we already went out last year" and i think we should but he's not sure just because we went out already. do u think that's right?? i just wanna see wat other ppl say about this situation besides my friends. thanx
