We just found out today that our landlord is facing foreclosure of the house we are renting under a verbal lease. I am wondering if anyone knows what our rights are, and if we have any legal recourse. We have no written contract and our landlord has left town. Any advice out there? THANKS

i am curious if anyone out there has herpes and had their first outbreak resemble the flu....IE fever, pain, severe coughing, etc. I have been reading that sometimes the primary outbreak can look like this.

I have been with a man for a year and we seperated for two months this summer. When we were seperated, I moved into a new place. He came back recently and has been staying with me. We are looking at signing him onto my lease, but my landlord said that there is a chance he may be rejected. If so, she says he would have to go. He has no criminal record or anything......but I was wondering if this was legal for a landlord to do? Can people really keep you from living with someone you love?
