I have not yet consulted the specialist/surgeons. I am worried about my vision as also the look of my eyes,though I am aware that vision is vital

Anyone who has lost all their loved ones and feel like an orphan? I am in my early 50s.

In work atmosphere, if anything goes wrong, one diagnoses the issue and another claims he found it and again , if the solution is suggested by one, another voices it loud and takes pride.

How to stop this especially when it is done by immediate superior?

My sister said I wore wrong ones for an evening.

I had visited her in Mumbai for her birth day,joined her,her husband,only daughter and two couples.

Though I am a single lady is 50s I was enjoying myself with her 20 year old daughter.

I wore a pretty pale sea green soft synthetic kurti with dark blue jean.All my dark shaded clothes were lying in the travel bag in guest room where I could not reach as the guests were occupying.

So whatever I managed to get through my niece I wore and went.

Are light shades banned for nights and only meant for day and can I wear dark clothes during day

He openly said that he wants a second line of staff in case,we the experienced and full-fledged staff quit on promotions or periodical transfers.

Instead of helping people like me to get recognition and more exposure, he spends his time and energy in guiding and developing worthless members. He is an efficient and capable person himself.

I m disappointed that he is not helping me grow personally.

Am I expecting the right thing?

He insulted me after deliberately dragging me into a conversation ,in which I talked to him in a lighter vein about punctuality, He suddenly talked rudely and used harsh words. Our office staff and manager were all taken aback.Could it be due to wrong information about me or is he a jerk after all?

I have reacted in defence of a victim of ill-treatment by someone by virtue of power authority and superiority.

But I have been both appreciated,recognized reprimanded and penalised as well..
