How and when did humans create religion? To me some people who are religious seem very silly and ignorant (maybe our country needs more focus on education). They say stuff like "evolution has been disproved by MOUNDS of evidence" or "there are more scientific facts that prove creationism is right." I would just like to know why humans need religion...thinkers like Asimov, Marx, Hobbes, already commented on the subject...but why do people still need to believe in magical fantasies, miracles, creating matter out of nothing, walking on water, etc. over fact and logic?
