I am a 40 year old single parent of 3. My oldest will be going off to college this fall. After 10 years of being a housewife my life crumbled. I lost everything. My ex turned my family against me let our home foreclose cheated and left. Now I want to move back to where I am from start school and rebuild my life. I feel that I have a stronger support system there. However, my 13 year old son feels by doing so I am being selfish. Tearing him away from my mother (who bad mouths me to him all the time) with whom he has always had a close relationship. His father lives in the city we currently reside in, however he would not allow him to see his grandma. He doesn't even allow him to call or see friends while at his house. There is no significant reason the court would grant my mother custody. Leaving him with either moving with me or living with his father. He says that my decision/desire to move is selfish. I have explained that by my bettering myself it betters his life as well. He refuses ti listen. Tells me he will destroy everything any where we go. I realize this is an idle threat of a teenage boy, but I am unsure of his future mental health. Meaning depression, rebellious unsocial type behavior. I reassure him he can visit every chance possible call whenever still he is unreasonable. I know change is difficult, but change is what I feel will enable me to move forward. Am I being selfish?

This is a two part question:

1.)A buisness owner must pay employee taxes. If the employer did not know the the SS# was fraudulant, who keeps the unclaimed tax money paid by the employer and the taxes taken from employee checks? I know that unclaimed social security goes into an account.

2.) If interest is accumulating on this unclaimed social security why is social security going bankrupt when there are millions of illegal aliens who are not claiming it?
