Also what if I was out of town for a few months, would I be in contempt of court since I did not serve? I do day trading and was wondering if I happened to buy a stock that pays dividend that day do I get the dividend? Do I have to hold my shares at least for one quarter? What time period does one have to keep their stocks and through what means do you have to buy them? Does one need certificates, a certain amount of shares? I use Trade King which is like E-Trade, Ameritrade, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I recently had new windows put up in my home and all sensors are working fine except one. I actually relocated it to a different part of the house since one of the windows is just a fixed non opening window. How can I reset this sensor? The problem is causing me to leave the alarm unarmed everyday for about 2 weeks now. It is a Digital Security Controls sensor, which is a company owned by Tyco, which owns ADT. I am currently searching employment in South Florida and have come across these "Teach English in Japan" classifieds online. I am a U.S. Citizen, so visas should not be a problem, plus due to Japans declining population I hear they have very mild immigration policies. All the ones I have seen require a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement. Due to monetary reasons, huge increase in tuition costs, and other circumstances I have since discontinued my post secondary education.

Does anyone know if there any programs or organizations in Japan that offer this position without the Bachelors Degree requirement?

I have an Acer Aspire 5000 series and it has suddenly turned off on several occasions. This began happenning about 1 month ago and has occurred several times.
